Well impressed.
I got this a few weeks ago to take on site with me, it’s a great little DAB radio, good sound, loud if needed, I purchased this as I had lost A Festool DAB radio and battery and didn’t want to go to that expensive again, the battery seems brilliant i plug it into the usbC on my truck when I’m driving to and from work, about 30-40 minutes generally and as of yet I haven’t run out of charge and it’s on all day. It’s clear and it seems to get better reception than other DABs as well. The only gripe and it’s small is it looks as though the Ariel is rubberised but it’s not, it is a normal pull up metal Ariel, but I generally don’t have to have it extended to get reception.

Great sound awesome Tuner response such a shame th
Yet again another awesome product from JBL. Only reasons for not being 5 stars:- 1. there is no indication for battery percentage when charging 2. The software to link speakers yet again is not backwards compatible with previous recent products such a shame really.
This inability to link to other JBL battery wireless speakers that are only slightly older is not very forward thinking. JBL could do so much better if products within 5yrs old should be software compatible to utilise the DAB share properly.

If you want a radio for the go this is great
Form: Lovely weight, quality feel, and nice tactile buttons.
Function: DAB radio seems to have good range, FM works well too. It could do with more station preset button options, maybe just a favourites section you can scroll between your saved stations. I would also like to see an audio out option for connecting to headphones or a home audio set up. Because its a radio there are times when I want to listen but not with a loud speaker, lets say I am listening to a football game at the park and then I get on a train and want to continue with headphones.
Sound: Sound is a bit base heavy but people do like that, it also sometimes feels a little muffled. I have changed it to a flatter sound using the app but you are working with fixed hardware which is made for that Bluetooth speaker sound.

Great portable radio for music
I like the size of this speaker / radio as it is easy to carry around. And maybe even more important very simple to use, bluetooth connects quickly and radio is preprogrammed. As can be expected of a JBL device the sound quality is very good. i would only have one point of improvement, the antenna. in order for radio to work well, it does need some space around it. If it's too close to something or somebody, the signal can get a bit weak or go quite.
Overall, great little device for music and radio. Handy and sounds good!

Better than tuner 1 in every way . Play time boost waste of time because battery is great , occasional hiccups in app connecting but auracast works perfect with my flip 7 and clip 5. Generally very happy and would recommend, seems best with rock indie music in JBL signature but great sound on any genre of radio and Bluetooth streaming to .
