Game changer
We were using a blade grinder, which was too inconsistent. The Encore’s burr creates a great grind, coffee tastes completely different! Yum. Bought this machine for build quality and ability to get replacement parts. Hoping it will last many many years.
What would give this a 5/5 would be if the hopper could be removed with beans in it. That isn’t an essential feature for us, but might be for those who switch beans often.

You get same grind every single time with minimum effort. Cleaning up is easy and it takes very little space on counter. Price was very competitive and delivery was quick without hassle.
