Good product just pricey
Good product but as you can’t use any other brand in the machine it would be nice if it would last longer or be cheaper as the up keep costs of this machine makes the daily coffee a bit pricey

Unnecessary if you have a water filter on your tap
We’ve been using these since buying our barista machine from Harvey Norman about 20months ago and just found out that we haven’t needed to as we have a filter attached to our cold tap, which filters out all the same things. Apparently it says in the manual that you don’t need to use them if you use filtered or bottled water, but I obviously didn’t read that far!
Still need to do the descaling and cleaning of course.

Works well once you follow the instructions
Works as it should once you actually follow the instructions. I thought it was a quick swap job and didn’t bother soaking it first. The machine refused to recognise it, and I was convinced something was wrong. Soaked it properly and it worked straight away. Easy enough if you don’t try to shortcut it like I did.

Effective for bore water
The Breville filter is used in my dual boiler machine. It works really well, especially as we use bore water in our machine. Only con is that it was quite pricey for just one and can add up quickly when changing every 3 months

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive.
