Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unnecessary if you have a water filter on your tap We’ve been using these since buying our barista machine from Harvey Norman about 20months ago and just found out that we haven’t needed to as we have a filter attached to our cold tap, which filters out all the same things. Apparently it says in the manual that you don’t need to use them if you use filtered or bottled water, but I obviously didn’t read that far! Still need to do the descaling and cleaning of course.

I thought it was a quick swap job and didn’t bother soaking it first. The machine refused to recognise it, and I was convinced something was wrong. Soaked it properly and it worked straight away. Easy enough if you don’t try to shortcut it like I did.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
