Perfect for flax seeds :-)
I've tried so many grinders that don't reduce flax (linseed) seeds to a usable consistency without leaving so many un-ground non-digestible seeds. This one does !! - perfect in just a few seconds, woweeee! The only negative is being able to easily clean the grinder, as flax seeds are oily. The base of the unit is not removable so one has to be satisfied with only wiping it around with a cloth. Immersion is not an option but possibly, on occasion, I might carefully quickly slosh some soapy water into the base and empty straightaway and dry. A small price to have such 'commercially appearing' ground seeds.

Good for wet grinding
I purchased this last month mostly for spice grinding.i grinded some mixed spices it did the job well.you can adjust the thickness of the grounded powder by adjust g the pulses.Today I also tried making mint chutney which turned out fantastic, given the fact that you put very little water in the jar.4 stars because when I washed the lid ,there were a few particles of the chutney mix left in the top indent, and since there is not outlet for it,it could be a bacteria hoard ground .Otherwise very Impressed.

Breville Coffee & Spice grinder
I use a great deal of spices that I first toast and then grind. I absolutely love this Breville Coffee & Spice grinder. It works beautifully; much quicker than using my mortar & pestle. Easy to use & easy to clean.

reliable, fast, good looking!
I bought this product 2 months ago and I´m very happy with it: It grinds linseed, sunflower seeds, Chia, pumpkin seeds and almonds fast and reliably. It also looks good on my counter, where it has a permanent spot now!

Great little grinder
Pros:
Can grind really hard spices and even salt to powder like consistency.
Easy to use and clean.
Very quick.
Cheap and really good value as a grinder for spices.
Can last years if properly used.
Cons:
The blades can snap of if you overuse it quickly.
The plastic cover can break easily if dropped by accident.
Overall:
Great little grinder and good value for money. If you need to grind hard spices and coffee beans into powder this is the one for you.

Great budget grinder
I have been using this grinder for about 2 months now and I love it. It's easy to use and tidy up afterwards. I mainly use it to grind erythritol into powdered form and some grains, spices or coffee once in a while.
Main difference between this and the other grinders around this price range is that this one's grinder cup can be removed from the base, so it can be washed. Therefore, you can grind multiple food such as spices, coffee, grains..etc and there won't be a smell or taste exchange between the ingredients.
Also, the outer glass cup has an inner ring that locks onto the top of the grinder cup so the food you are grinding won't go out of that lock. You can also see the ingredients inside from the top of this outer cup.
This is a very compacted grinder so it's easy to store. However, the cord doesn't go in completely. Another con I found is that, as the grinder heats up some of the powdery product tends to gather around the base of the blade. It is a nuisance but you can easily brush it out.
