Thermo doesn’t work
I received my jug in good time although the Thermo doesn’t work, I can’t return it at the moment as we are in lockdown.

Great temperature indicator
Really happy that we bought this product. Our thermometer broke and we were looking at replacing it when we came along this product. Works well and and easier to use as one does not have to handle a cup and a thermometer. Recommend to all coffee lovers and insipiring barista's.

Great jug
Great jug, does what we need and great with temperature on side. Works well with our coffee machines. I work as a barista so its a mini version of what im using daily. Its a good size for one coffee at a time, would prefer it to be bigger so could do two at a time. Over all works great and id get it again, its bigger than the one that came witn machine.

Breville Milk Jug
The temperature gauge on this jug is very useful and is satisfactory for my one person household. I would like one in a bigger size as the steam wand on my Breville Bambino is quite powerful and can make quite a large amount of froth depending on the milk. I have used it continuously since purchase and can highly recommend for a small amount of milk.

Great idea but impossible to easily read the temperature gauge when the milk frothier is on the left of the machine(which is common among better espresso machines).

Works well but could be improved
I purchased this product 2 weeks ago, and am happy with how it works - helps me consistently get the temperature right for my coffee every time.
Agree it is tough to read with my frother being on the left side, and it's just a touch small to make 2 coffees in.

Does the thermometer light up to let you know the temperature?
The thermometer on the side of the Breville® BES003 Milk Jug Thermal does not light up but the readings are always bright enough to be easily read.

Hi. Just bought this but it doesn’t work. The indicator strip is just black and doesn’t change when frothing milk

Is this dishwasher safe?
Thanks for your question Dwayne. Most home dishwashers operate below 75°Celsius, so this could be okay, however, as it is not explicitly stated by Breville, we do not recommend attempting to do so.
