Breville and me
I have unknowingly been in a longer relationship with Breville appliances than I have with any romantic spouse. As a frugal student, I survived on cheese toasties courtesy of my Breville sandwich press (which lives on a decade later). This was coupled with instant coffee served in boiling Breville kettle water. Years on, I graduated to a Breville drip coffee maker and have now reached a peak in home caffeination with my Creatista. In between these upgrades I had flings with a Breville blender (my green smoothie phase) and an Air Fryer Chef which gets more use than my kitchen most weeks. What's evident is that I will always default to Breville as it has been a solid life partner.

Absolutely gorgeous and feature packed Machine!
This is the most amazing Nespresso compatible coffee machine I've ever used, and now own! I had upgraded from a DeLonghi Lattissima Touch, which was great as an entry level machine but did not produce the same coffees as the Creatista Plus does. The ability to modify the temperature of the milk, the better aeration and frothing of the milk with the steam wand (vs. the sub-par performing brother on the Lattissima Touch) and the overall aesthetics of the machine are the main reasons why it is an absolutely fantastic coffee pod machine. It's an absolute stunner and looks great anywhere!

Never finishes the descaling/Coffee tastes bad
This machine has a poor coffee taste and it is not the coffee. I use Nespresso capsules only. It makes you descale every other 3-4 weeks and never finishes the cycle properly. I can't stand that the machine does not allow you to continue to make coffee until you can properly do it (for example, lets you wait until the weekend). Have had this machine now for 6 months and am absolutely not happy with this overpriced thing. I have had another machine forever, never had issues until it was old and done (after 10 years). Will never buy a Breville machine/appliance again.

Beautiful machine
I recently purchased the Breville Creatista Plus in the colour "Sea Salt" I particularly love the colour, i have a white kitchen so i thought this would look really good and it did, a little different to chrome or black. The machine itself is fantastic with various settings such as latte, flat white, macchiato etc.
You can even dial in the level of milk froth (milk consistency) and choose how hot you want it. once you have selected it the machine stores it in its memory.
There is steam purge every time you use the milk part of the machine. I used to have the Nespresso Citiz, this machine is a little more manual than that but once you know how to use it its really simple to use. I love it!!

We first received our Breville Creatista Plus as a gift back in 2017, and after years of daily use it’s been so reliable and enjoyable that we recently purchased another one without hesitation. The coffee quality is consistently excellent, the milk texturing is fantastic, and it’s incredibly easy to use while still feeling premium. It’s one of those appliances that genuinely earns its place on the bench and becomes part of your daily routine. The fact that we chose to buy the same machine again years later says everything, highly recommend for anyone who wants café-quality coffee at home with minimal fuss.

Covid Fail
My fancy Covid machine. First one replaced under warranty as the steam did not work. The second one has the same issue.

The most beautiful machine! It just makes me happy!!
I've dedicated a special area in my kitchen for this amazing machine. With my pods, chocolate and pictures my children have drawn for me, photos and flowers! This Nespresso machine is the best purchase I've ever made. It works beautifully, is so easy to clean, it's like no other coffee machines - and I've got an expensive "real" machine that I never use, because this is better. I love being able to whip up baby chinos for my little ones and chose my coffee based on my mood! I also love the way I can practice mindfulness while my coffee is making and while practising latte art. It's the best!!

Bought machine after original died after 10 years.
If I had to compare the original machine made better coffee hence the reason we stuck with Nespresso machine.
Would I buy this machine again ? No
I would buy the cheaper Nespresso
The plastic chrome scratches and looks cheap
The tray leaks water staining my bench top.
The program screen is on top of the machine with means I have to pulls the machine forward to change settings unless yours 7 foot tall.
The program screen is small and hard to read.
My favorite coffee is short black and there is no creame of top.
