Great machine but no insructions on how to acccess
This machine is fabulous! It does more than one can imagine. There is only one problem. The machine comes with literally no instructions on how to use its many features. I had to piece together a partial set of instructions by consulting YOUTUBE and other onlib\ne sources in addition to the various cryptic materials included with the machine. Philips is doing itself a great diservice by not including a comprehensive and clearly-written handbook with the machine. It;s a great machine but it frustrates anyone who tries to use it.

Second to None
After much deliberation, including the pricing pros vs cons, needs vs wishes, and deciding to go for it, I am absolutely thrilled that I did. As a former daily coffee shop customer, I am making up for the cost already by using this masterpiece daily. This machine has everything I need and more. It does it all so smoothly too. I do not recall ever using a grinder as quiet as this one and the flavor it extracts from the beans is second to none. The lattes, espressos, and even regular coffees come out as works of art that I am always excited to watch them being created.

Wished I would’ve purchased sooner!
I purchased this machine about six weeks ago and I wished I would have known about it and purchased much sooner in life! The coffee is fantastic and we have really enjoyed using the machine. I suggest going online to find the manual and do a little reading. There are so many things this machine will make. You can use coffee beans, you can use ground coffee. There are so many settings and different profiles. Cleaning is very easy. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is seriously life changing, as a mum of 2 young children this machine is so easy and convenient and the options are endless. No more needing to take the kids to a cafe as I have everything I need at home now. It makes every possible coffee you need (even babycinos for the kids) and all with a press of a button! It has 4 profiles that you can save your favourite coffee to just the way you like it. Cleaning is also super easy and it self cleans itself every time it switches off. I could never go back to a pod machine or instant coffee now!

My new preferred coffee machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very easy to use and with a very nice design, this Philips automatic coffee machine is everything that I needed for the perfect coffee in the morning. With 20 programs to chose from, the brewing is very silent comparing it to my previous coffee. The machine comes with the option to customise your profile and your loved ones for a very nice coffee experience every single time you use it. The milk frotter is so easy to use and the machine also has a cleaning system that allows you to clean the container after use.
Overall I am super pleased with this coffee machine.

Love This Machine
I’ve had my machine for over a year and I still love it. I am not a coffee connoisseur by any means but to me the espresso tastes great and the cappuccino is delicious. The latte go isn’t exactly like having a frother steam the milk, but it is also a breeze to clean and use on the daily. I would not have the patience to clean one of those. Cleaning the grinder is pretty simple on the weekly basis.

Great coffee machine!
I’ve been using this machine for one months, brewing 2–3 cups daily. It’s compact and fits nicely on my kitchen counter. The design looks modern and feels sturdy.
The built-in grinder is quiet, and I love being able to adjust the coffee strength and size easily.
The touch display is straightforward, even for beginners. It heats up quickly and makes espresso, cappuccino, and latte at the press of a button.

Works well with a little patience in the beginning
I'm very happy with the espresso machine. It works well and I'm still learning just what all it can do. There's so many different things you can make and different settings so I'm still trying them all. It did not make any coffee pucks for the first 50 drinks or so, and instead just made a wet mess. This seems to be normal though from reading online. After that it has worked great, so make sure to run a few coffees through it before making a decision on whether to keep it.
