Rated 4 out of 5 by from A COUPLE OF TWEAKS NEEDED but overall, recommend! I bought this product a month ago, and while I really like it, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The volume settings are only in 100ml increments, which is a bit limiting. A 250ml option would be ideal, so you wouldn’t have to manually add an extra 50ml afterward. Also, it tends to splatter when pouring, likely because the cups sit quite low. An optional stand or extension to lift the mugs higher could help with this. That said, it’s incredibly fast (heats up in about 5 seconds), looks great on the countertop, and is very convenient. Despite these small design limitations, I’d still recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost the ultimate hot water dispenser…………………. Our household have been using this for about 3 weeks now and we really like it. The tank holds 4litres of water, we use a filtered water jug to fill it. (This could be heavy for elderly or impaired if there were to manually fill the tank by hand and tap). There is room to improve in future models as it’s worth mentioning that the mls are in 100ml increments and would benefit if it was in 50ml increments. Also the shorter the cup the more likely it will splatter slightly. Overall it looks nice it’s quick and efficient no more boiling the jug for a single cuppa ( we have still kept the kettle for noodles and cooking when we want a faster boiling for potatoes etc).

I have been using this product for a month now. It heats water almost instantly, so much time saving compared to a kettle. The adjustable temperature control works beautifully and gets the perfect t* quickly every time. It’s easy to use the adjustable t* settings to customise temperature level for different drinks. I like the stainless steel design which makes it great addition to my kitchen. The removable jug is easy to clean, plus removable try is great too. Couldn’t be more happier with Westinghouse got water dispenser!

Machine heats water 100c in 7 sec with multiple heat settings, also has multiple cup sizes for the perfect drink every time with a stop/start feature no more reheating water over and over. Has a 4ltr tank capacity, has easy removable drip tray and machine locks after every cup, great if you have small children. The only thing I would improve is the reset key be made out of metal to prevent breaking. clip on tank and drip tray and spout on machine would of been better if had better flow to prevent splashing.

You can forget your kettle and start using this dispenser, and you get hot water in a matter of seconds. Easy to clean, which is another highlight. Needs only a small space to keep it. Has a lock function, so there is no need to worry about kids pouring hot water on hands. You just need to make sure there is water in the chamber when you switch it on for use or will go into protection mode, and you are provided with two reset keys. It is perfectly designed and very useful for a household.

This does the job. Has a lock feature for safety so little kids can’t accidentally turn it on , temp control for different drinks, volume setting so you don’t overflow your cup and is easy to use and easy to refill the storage jug. Overall, this takes the place of out electric kettle and doesn’t use up much extra bench space. Quite happy with this appliance and won’t bother with getting an expensive under the bench system installed now.

Is this machine constantly “On”…or does it heat and dispense from “Cold”….. I’m asking if it is a “Vampire” device using electricity in the background.
