Rated 5 out of 5 by from Premium product from an established company [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clear picture instructions in leaflet also visited website with video instructions, very helpful. Impressed with product, light and easy to use/fill and refill water dispenser. Ready in seconds plus can be used in any room. No ironing board required. First use I was a bit nervous how close to fabric to hold steamer but soon realised the closer the better. Used on my curtains with success. After dog sitting for a few days, steamed all my cushions with an excellent result, no lingering odour. Ideal for a few items before refilling. Regular use, refreshing items and traveling.

The steam output for such a small and handy steamer is astonishingly powerful. There is nothing that this steamer would not iron. So far, I've ironed clothes (shirts, sweatshirts) and curtains. I was amazed at how well the steamer handled the hanging curtains – it removed all wrinkles. The steamer uses steam, so you don't have to worry about burning the fabric, which could happen with the wrong iron temperature. In addition, e.g. blouses or dresses with frills can be ironed faster and less strenuous. A storage pouch is included. I recommend this product.

It’s totally worth it. Amazing product Takes seconds to heat up, easy to use you fill with water and off it goes, irons out anything in one go, I’m constantly using mine, I hate ironing but this is a dream so easy , it also comes in a small bag and folds down so you able to take it anywhere with you, I love mine. Recommend to all :) it’s so quick and easy in the mornings when I’m rushed off my feet forget it’s pe day at my daughters school , I set it up with in seconds it’s ironed and ready quick and easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dreading writing this review as for the first few uses I really did not get on with this steamer. Today I bit the bullet for one last go before leaving my feedback. I’m not sure what happened, but all of a sudden I was flying through what would’ve been my huge ironing pile. The creases were coming out beautifully and so quickly. The only thing I could comment on is that the water tank is small so needed regular refills, but that really isn’t a big deal. Totally changed my mind and I love it now.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better on some garments than others [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried first on an un-ironed shirt and it was good for the body of the shirt but around the buttons no good. A previously ironed shirt with a few creases in came out well. T-shirts were the best as they were very quick and easy to get the wrinkles out. Trousers also faired well. Hems that have a curled up crease are awkward to do unless you can lay them flat on a heatproof surface. Instructions say to hang garments so you need to be able to hang near a socket. Cordless would be better. Care needs to be taken when refitting water container as I received a burn when the handle flipped as I was refitting after I had refilled the water tank. I did not use the product for travel but will do so when I next travel. I was given this product to test and review.

Doesn't heat up as quickly as advertised, water is leaking and steam isn't hot enough even after 5-10minutes pre-heating. Won't recommend.

When I first looked at it, I initially thought it looked better (than I had expected). This portable, compact and powerful little steamer did not disappoint. I particularly like that it is foldable and ready to use in 30 seconds. It is lightweight and is so easy to use no ironing board is required. As a bonus it kills 999% bacteria. I've used this on everything from delicates to bed linen and even soft toys to freshen them-up. I actually use this instead of my iron, as I find it so easy to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Brittle/fragile water tank, no replacement Upon filling the tank for the first time it was dropped (not from a high height) and is now broken. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, and there are no replacement tanks available. Here is to hoping super glue fixes it, so I can at least try the product out...
