Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doesn't quite live up to the hype My first foray into the world of steamers. At a pinch, it's great. It's superb at smoothing out already relatively smooth gears. But for collared shirts and the like, I find it's still easier and better and faster to iron. I was hoping this would replace the whole ironing and board operation, but it's not quite savvy enough to tick every box. That said, glad I got this. I've used it on the couches and couch cushions more than anything, and it's epic at that. Maybe with more time I'll adapt to use it more with clothes... But as it stands, it's an addition, rather than a replacement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Genuine life (and reputation) saver Really stoked with this. Both my boyfriend and I never have the the time do a full iron so we've been desperate for something that works. Love that Sunbeam's one has got a great sized water tank - I feel like it is actually working when I use it, and haven't struggled to get those stubborn creases out of clothes. Best thing is I never have to fret about not having time to steam in the morning - I can set it up and have it ready super quick. My only suggestion would be to make use of the accessories - you get a few provided and they definitely make a difference. Stoked to finally look like I've got my life sorted when I leave the house, and not a crinkled mess!

Bought 2 in August 2022 and they did the trick - working very hard steaming curtains continuously almost twice a week about for 7 months - then they both stopped producing steam at the same time which is understandable as they work at high temperatures In my circumstances the products paid for themselves after their first use, so to replace them with the same was no problem, knowing I will get @7 months or there about working life out of them. To transport and carry large bulky steamers to the work site and back simply does not work in my case, therefore these handheld steamers are a gem

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Handheld Steamer I've Used Converted from an iron to a steamer a year ago which was a revelation. However, I previously had one from another brand which was quick, but nowhere near as good as the Sunbeam. I can steam a shirt in literally a couple of minutes, compared to around five before. The iron crease attachment is very good for collars and sleeves which are hard to navigate with a normal steamer when the edges are curled. For those who haven't used a steamer before, there's a very slight learning curve but it's so much better than ironing when you get the hang of it. Also, worth having a door hook or a clothes rail to hang your garment up when steaming, as it's a lot easier that way.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not incredible Was looking for a steamer after getting frustrated with my current iron. This one heats up quickly and works well enough. I do find I have to fill up the water more often than I expected, and it doesn't steam clothes amazingly. But definitely works well enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and quick! Great product! I have been using it for 3 weeks now. It does what it promises. Compact, lightweight and very easy to use. The water capacity is great, I don't have to refill it all the time. This Steamer is helping me a lot to get ready to work in the morning, super easy and quick. Perfect for those clothes that were left in the drawer. I have a huge stand Steamer from another brand and it takes too much space in my laundry room. I’ll definitely get rid of that and just keep this handheld steamer as it does the job perfectly and it doesn’t take any space. I am very happy and highly recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So simple I got my steamer just last week and couldn't believe how easy it was to use. Really straight-forward setup and made a big difference. Best bit was no ironing board - what a dream. I also was surprised by the different attachments and how effective they were. Initially I thought they would sit unused in a cupboard, but after giving them all a go, the difference they made was impressive. My favourite was the crease attachment for sleeves and trousers. I would highlight that it did struggle to get the creases out of some of the more heavily creased shirts I used it on, but impressive none the less!
