low quality product
When testing the product after receiving it, the touch button did not work properly. I recorded a video showing this issue. In addition, the quality of LG’s chat support was very poor. I do not recommend LG.

Great product
Superb dehumidifier, bought for humid / cold Wellington winter conditions and so glad we did. Dehumidifies during the coolest nights over winter and no more wiping the windows in the morning. Super quiet operation means we can use it in the bedroom overnight. Easy to roll into different rooms and the app is straightforward, everything you need and nothing you don’t.

What's the lowest room temperature this machine can efficiently operate on
Hi Putri, it is designed to operate efficiently in room temperatures down to about 5 °C. Below this point, moisture can freeze on the internal coils, so the unit may switch to auto‑defrost or stop dehumidifying to protect itself, reducing effectiveness in very cold, unheated spaces.
