Good for only a Few functions
I can only turn the heat pump off or on, set temp and mode. I cant set a clock or timer. I cant change other settings that the heatpump has. I have tried all their codes for my brand. Many of them provide the same functionality but none of them allow me to use a timer rendering this remote almost useless. Furthermore their only instructions are how to type in codes. Try a different brand if you want proper functionality

Easy fix

Easy to Read
My existing remote was only working intermittently so I was very pleased to find a universal remote which covered my rather rare brand of air conditioner. In spite of the rarity of the brand, it was relatively easy to program the remote so that it controlled the air conditioner.

Please can you direct me to a user manual for the AIRREMOTE 11? I've moved into a home that has the remote paired with a Mitsubishi aircon unit, and I want to be able to set the clock so I can put the aircon unit on a timer (among other things).

Ensure your air conditioner is in standby mode then press and hold the SEARCH key for 2 seconds, select the brand, aim the remote, and press the on/off key to search and program. How do you change the batteries in this remote
Thanks for your fantastic question. You can change the batteries by pressing your thumb firmly on the upper rear section of the remote flap. Move your thumb downward to detach the battery cover. Place 2x AAA batteries inside, ensuring the + sign is facing upward. Reattach the battery cover as illustrated. Hope this helps. ^RR
