Rated 1 out of 5 by from Heater has no remote I bought this heater as Harvey Norman advertised it to have a remote. This model doesn’t come with remote. I contacted them, they checked another box and realised, website is wrong, and offered me an alternative heater, but I took a refund instead. I thought they would have updated their page by now but that’s not the case. Won‘t be trusting Harvey Norman‘s website in the future. A mistake happens but not to fix the mistake is not acceptable.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great but disappointed Nice look, controls and swing-mode (but ours made an annoying scratching sound). Heating does works quick. Unfortunately when the set temperature is reached, the fan does NOT turn off, but blows room temp/cooler air. After a while, the heating will come back on again. We returned it for this reason.
