Rated 5 out of 5 by from My first try at baking bread! Recently I was gifted the SD-R2530WST Automatic Bread Maker in exchange for an honest review on Panasonic’s website. Never in my life have I tried baking a loaf of bread... until now! I wondered if a Panasonic breadmaker would bake a loaf better than buying it at the local bakery? Sourdough is my favourite and I proceeded to follow the easy to read steps provided in the Panasonic SD-R2530WST instruction manual. I was both amazed and impressed at how easy it is and the result was very tasty bread loaf enjoyed by all the family! Aside from the soft beeps indicating a completed program and a mouth watering smell of baking bread, which I might add will be very nice to wake up to the next morning, the Panasonic SD-R2530WST was very quiet and could easily be left to do it's thing overnight without disturbing any sleep. So what next? I think cakes are definitely worth a try!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use breadmaker giving great results Easy to use. A very good manual with a lot of bread recipes and other options I would not have considered using a breadmaker for. This includes instructions just for kneading and rising to allow oven cooking of different shapes. The display is clear and allows you to see where in the cycle the bread is at and how long each step will take. The automatic delivery of seeds or other additions makes it easy to vary the bread.

I found the recipe instructions difficult to follow but have watched several YouTube videos which were a great help. I'm sure after a lot of practice it will become a valued appliance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Top-Notch Bread Maker [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Breadmaker to replace our very frequently used rival brand machine. It has been great from the start. So quiet compared to the old one. In fact, we weren't sure it was working as it was so much quieter. It makes great bread and has heaps of programmes to make all different types of breads and doughs etc. Still so many programmes to experiment with!! The only tiny thing we would like to see is the delay start function for bread mixes, but not a big deal. Came recommended by Choice and wholly agree with the recommendation. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Panasonic SD-R2530 We visited old friends three weeks ago and had fresh bread made in her old Panasonic bread maker, it was fantastic. So we replaced our old Goldair model with the Panasonic SD- R2530 and the results have been very average. I have had three attempts at the basic white loaf and none of them could equal the quality that our friend produced. The result last night could be used as a mouses ski ramp, never had anything like it on our ancient Goldair!! Is the recipe not right or has it been translated incorrectly by the children who wrote the instruction book.
