**It is recommended to freeze your ice cream mixture for at least 24 hours to give your tub time to reach the optimal temperature range for processing. The unit is designed to process bases that are between -12°C and -20°C. If you freeze your base for less than 24 hours, it may not reach a cold enough temperature for processing, and your output will likely be soft and liquidy.

***During this process, it is OK for the treat to rise above the MAX FILL line, as long as the outer bowl lid can still comfortably close over the tub to process.

With one of us needing dairy free options and both of us being conscious of calorie intake, the home made icecream produced by this machine has helped us stay on track with the diet and experiment with loads of new flavours. We turn protein shakes into icecream, fresh fruit into sorbet and we've perfected a dairy free base to create a tonne of creami flavours. I wouldn't bother with store bought ice cream again!

This machine is a game-changer - it's so easy to use and produces the most delicious, creamy, and customisable treats. With its 11 different settings, I can make everything from classic ice cream to frozen yoghurt, gelato, and even frozen drinks. The results are always consistent and the cleanup is a breeze. I've made so many different flavours and textures already, and I'm still discovering new ways to use it. Highly recommend this product to anyone who loves sweet treats!

And initially was a little disappointed that you need to wait 24hours to set the recipes she wanted to try. But has been preparing most days for the next day. The 3 containers that it comes with is definitely not enough especially for a family of 5 and wanting different things. We have ordered 4 more containers and see how that goes. But the ice cream it makes is delicious. My kids love slushies and it has been doing them well too. Just make sure you use drinks with sugar, made that mistake with Pepsi Max, it doesn't blend. But so far it has been worth the money, we use it nearly every day.

That said, I’m not thrilled with their base recipe in the accompanying booklet and I would like to know how to add something like caramel sauce in a swirl without mixing it into the base completely. I’ve only used the ice cream program so I can’t really comment on the many other things it can do like slushies (like piña colada), milkshakes, sorbets, etc. so far but if it’s as great as the ice cream option I’m really happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good investment This product is easy to use easy to clean and actually does quite a good job in mixing up the ingredients. We were pleasantly surprised with just putting fruits and how creamy the sorbet ends up being. One thing to note is if you refreeze something you have already mixed it does get too hard unlike normal ice cream and you do need to run the mixer again. But you don't need to fill it up again you can just mix up whatever's remaining this is where the separate containers really come in to the advantage

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You need this in your life Couldn’t recommend this enough Got a house full of boys who love ice block for an ice cream so thought I Try this appliance out Only tried the ice cream and sorbet So far and I can’t get over hug would it taste We just got a 10 of peaches and put that in for the sorbet function And oh my god!!!!! Sooooo good Specially without all the additives the ones at the shop put in. Going to try the slushy function at Christmas time and make some margaritas. Highly highly highly recommend getting the deluxe
