The chocolate gelato recipe from the book is to die for. My ONLY complaint is, 3 tubs?! I need to buy more because i just can't keep up with myself

It is a little loud, but after reading reviews it wasn’t as loud as i expected! We’ve been telling all our friends and family about the creami, if you are on the fence definitely get it! :)

Unfortunately when you need spare parts (and you will) they do not stock them and have no restock date, If you damage your mixer lid, your machine is pretty much useless.

However tonight the machine stared to smell like burning plastic, the blade ground against the bit and metal shards went everywhere through icecream. I highly doubt I’ll waste time with another. The machine should have lasted more than two months!

Thanks for your question Malcolm. Yes, we have these available in-store only. They are model specific and the codes are XSKTNTLID2ANZ for the Creami tub, and XSKDLVRLDANZ for the Creami Deluxe tub.
