Love these so much, I bought a second one!
I bought the 8L Duo for making pro-biotic yoghurts, which was brilliant. But then I started doing brisket, chicken and then rice…and discovered I really needed a second one! So now I also have the 3L Duo for smaller items. Can’t rate them more highly.
Theres also a thriving online community of folks willing to share recipes specifically for use with Instant Pot.

I love this 3l. Instant Pot. I had my first try at sous-vide last weekend and the result was outstanding! It’s a great size for a single person, not too many leftovers. And super easy to clean since most of it can go in the dishwasher.

Fabulous product!
I love it! I'm not keen on cooking but since we got this, I don't mind cooking anymore and we've tried several new recipes and most of them have turned out amazing. We mostly use the pressure cooking option and the slow-cooking option for when I make my dog's food.

Super easy to use and very energy-efficient. My meats, veges and rice always cook sufficiently and tasty. Only thing is that the rubber inside the lid might be a bit hard to clean.

Can this product be used to brown meat and vegetables before cooking on slow cooker function? I like to brown onions, meat before slow cooking, but it creates extra dishes. Thanka

Great question Lucy! Most certainly can! It doesn't have a dedicated menu on the front, however, you can cook meat, chicken, and seafood using the Pressure Cook button. Instant Pot have a list of cook times and a number of recipes on their website for this product. Trust this helps! ^CO

Do these have a detachable inner plate that stops heavier products, eg, meat from sticking to the bottom of the bowl? [As did the old fashioned pressure cooker that was used on an element of a stove]
