Fabulous purchase, extremely happy!
As a busy household with a number of kids to feed and short timeframes to do so, with activities and after school stuff to get to… this is very useful.
Still playing around with different recipes, but have made soup in 30 mins total several times, 1hr for a huge pot of chilli mince (most of that unattended cooking time) and set porridge to be ready in morning when we wake up. It’s absolutely gold that you can set and forget, and the pressure cook option is way faster than a crockpot.
Stainless inner is easy clean, and I don’t have to cook in suspect “non stick” coatings. Loving it!!!

Life Changing Appliance
Prepare to neglect all other kitchen appliances. This makes cooking so fast and easy.
There's still so many functions I haven't tried yet and it's still the best thing in my kitchen. You can adapt almost any recipe and for those who cook homekill/hunted/tough meats; it eliminates the need to slow cook tough cuts and you'll have lightening fast tender meat.

Buying this has been the best decision ever!
I used it to make beef stew. I set it for 30mins and the beef was so soft and tender. Usually it's take me 1-2hours to get the beef that soft depending on the cut.
I would highly recommend this as it cut down on time and energy babysitting a boiling stew on the stove. I plan on doing more soup and stew so I can't wait to use it again.
The ordering process was easy and the delivery was also so quick!
I'm gona definitely brag about this to my sisters. Hahaha!
I'm very happy with my purchase.

Loving the Instant Pot!
Bought this for making probiotic yoghurt, and it works a treat. Although it has a “yoghurt” setting, you can only select from low, medium or high - however using the Sous Vide setting you can set the desired temperature and cook time.
I’ve also tested it on white rice (3 min cook time, plus 5 mins natural release), and a quarter pumpkin with skin on to soften and mash for baking (15 mins, quick release). So far, so good! Looking forward to doing something bigger like a chicken or joint or meat, to keep the juices in.
Due to making probiotics, cleaning the seals and doing a water-only round to sterilise between items is pretty important, so the yoghurt isn’t tainted with unwanted nasties.

Instant pot dou plus
I’ve been using the Instant Pot Duo Plus for a while now and it has honestly made cooking so much easier. It’s super convenient for busy days because it cooks meals quickly without compromising on taste. I love how versatile it is !you can pressure cook, sauté, steam, slow cook and even make yogurt all in one pot.
The controls are simple to use, even for beginners, and the preset functions save a lot of time. It also cooks rice perfectly and makes really tender meat in much less time than traditional cooking. Cleaning is easy too since the inner pot is stainless steel.
Overall, it’s a great kitchen appliance for anyone who wants quick, easy, and delicious home-cooked meals with less hassle.

Game changer
I needed a new slow cooker, but the options available in New Zealand seemed really average. I fell upon the Instant Pot which had raving reviews, and it was the large capacity and stainless steel pot that really sold me. I am not disappointed, can’t believe I lived so long without using a pressure cooker! So useful for an unorganised mother. Perfect buckwheat porridge quickly served in the morning, unsoaked chickpeas ready in an flash, and delicious Bolognese in just over 30 minutes. Winning!

Absolute beauty
This life-changing appliance has given me my evenings back by cutting the cooking time of many of our meals in half. The big size is great for our large family. I also love being able to cook from frozen so it doesn’t matter if I forgot to get something out for dinner the night before. It performs exactly as advertised and I’d highly recommend it!

Whats not to love
Great for quick meals. Set and forget with a keep warm functions so you can come home after sports or whatever and have a warm meal waiting for you. Also handy for steriling. Love the stainless steel pot (no teflon yay).
