Cooking made easier
I had an airfyer before this one, just a basic model with one compartment and a dial timer. I wanted to upgrade as my old was on its way out. I thought this one would be better, but it ended up exceeding my expectations. It is easy to use, and efficient. I struggle to make food, I'm often distracted, or hyperfocused on my work and forget food is a thing. This little Ninja airfyer has made it so much easier for me to make food, and healthy food, quickly and easily that it has helped me make sure I eat properly throughout the day and at dinner. It is able to be used for so many things, and the match cook, and smart cook functions are ingenious. I highly recommend this product :)

This is not the premium experience I was promised.
Misleading Dishwasher Claims: The product page states the basket is dishwasher-safe, but the user manual contradicts this—only the crisper plate and divider are safe to wash in the dishwasher. That kind of inconsistency shouldn’t happen.
Controller Panel Issues: I expected responsive touch controls, but instead got physical buttons hidden beneath a thin plastic sheet. They’re hard to press, feel clunky, and seem destined to crack with regular use—revealing the basic click-style buttons beneath. It just doesn’t feel premium.
Basket & Handle Concerns: The basket feels flimsy, and the handle is partly plastic. Ours arrived with plastic shards around the edges—not something you want to see on a supposedly new kitchen appliance.
The drower is also misaligned with the mainunit. I first thought the body of the device has expanded just after one use (on 180c)

BEWARE NO MAX CRISP, maximum temperature 210, bought to make chips but the chips take ages to cook and not crispy, I feel this was not made clear on the website, we're NOT happy.

A fantastic purchase, no regrets!
This air fryer was a fantastic purchase. I spent a lot of time researching different models, comparing features and reading reviews, and I’m really glad that we chose this one as we use it daily. You do still need to wash the full drawer regardless of which side you use, but it’s easy enough to wipe clean once you’re finished. The features are great, with it able to match up both sides to finish cooking at the same time and an even cook from front to back each time. If you have the bench space I highly recommend you purchase this air fryer!

Totally Rubbish, 0% on the crunch.
I have had this item for approximately 1 month and it doesn't do as it is recommended especially with the crunching it says it is 2470w when you look underneath it the sticker says 1670w?????

Kettle, Toaster Air Fryer ! Must have kitchen appliance. Love the flexi draw option which caters for large family. I've owned two 2 phillips air fryers, and now this is my second Ninja air fryer. Both great products, but the ceramic coating is far more durable on the Ninja.

Standout Air Fryer. One of the best.
Great Air Fryer, the sale price was a bonus, it has lots of room and dual zone which reduces time for waiting as you can cook simultaneously. Overall a fantastic air fryer. Max temp is 210 degrees, frozen chips take at least 30min, if you like them a bit crunchy.
