Not impressed
I bought this item about a month ago, replacing a smaller generic brand airfryer.
And oohhh if I could turn back time...
I've already gifted my old appliance to a family member, no regrets, she loves it!
This appliance is the hardest thing to clean. I cooked a roast pork with crackling last week, and it was honestly delicious, but the mess of fat splatterings glued to the ceiling and the walls has left me so disappointed. For a new appliance, it looks an awful mess. There was no wiping clean here. Today I spent 3 hours trying to
remove the baked on grease. Some of it just wouldn't budge....
You can't remove the door - makes cleaning even harder. Crumbs collect in the door jamb and the fat dripping on the elements sizzles and leave black marks.
On a positive note, scones turned out amazing providing you use baking paper on the tray/basket and rotate the scones halfway through as the back of the unit gets hotter than the front.
This unit hasn't impressed me at all. I'm an avid cook, we entertain a lot, therefore
I like my appliances to be easily cleaned and even easier to operate. No such luck here I'm afraid.
Hopefully that cheap generic brand will be back in stock soon, any wonder they're in high band...

disappointing
really disappointed. air fryer function doesn’t work so well, tends to burn and cook unevenly. cleaning it is a real pain. the elements at the bottom make it really hard to clean the bottom of it despite using the crumb tray, stuff gets stuck in the door. wanting to return it.

Not accurate heating at all - such a shame
I bought this to cook extra pies for my Coffee/Food trailer. Unfortunately, even on “Warm” setting and up to “Bake” which sits around 120˚ C it crunches up and melts the pie packaging. When I cook them in the morning from frozen in our oven at 155˚C for 50 minutes it won’t do that at all. I have damaged quite a few products. It does not sit at an accurate heat. It is like on the settings mentioned, it goes straight to 200˚C and I can’t get it to go lower to cook the pies.

Versatile oven
This oven is practical and convenient. It can make toasts, bake cakes and more...Yet the size is small enough to place on the kitchen counter, and does not need to use as much energy as a large conventional oven

The perfect benchtop oven!
I bought this product last week, and love it. So far I have cooked some chicken which came out juicy and tender, I have baked some chocolate chip cookies and used the airfry function to cook some potato gems, and both were cooked to perfection. I look forward to baking some cakes in it, and trying out the toast function for my bagels.

Very disappointed
I have persevered with this appliance but get little joy. Purchased primarily to replace my air fryer I find I have to cover the food top and bottom to prevent burning. It toasts unevenly and is ridiculously difficult to clean.

Replace your large oven with this one!
I find I don't need my larger oven with this little wonder. Easily bakes a meal for one or two people and the air fryer gives you perfectly crisp chips. Looks good as well. Excellent value and much more versatile than stand alone air fryers.

Not an Air Fryer
An okay grill/toaster, not an air fryer, shouldn't be advertised as such. The slightest drip of oil from the air fryer basket on to the heating elements will catch fire and stain the bars, which can't be cleaned. Air fryer function has no heat control, burns things without cooking them. If you set a drip tray underneath it's simply a grill again. Also built in drip tray is very shallow. Used once and decided to retrieve the old fryer to continue using. Definitely doesn't replace an air fryer which is a shame.

Hard to clean
I have had this since May 2020. I find it cooks well, except toast - not a fan of dried out toast. Chicken comes out moist & tender. But I can't air fry fish as it drips on the elements causing smoke & black marks.
My issue is with cleaning. The tray in the base gets bent out of shape in the sink. The area around the elements can't be cleaned. Crumbs & oil get under the glass in the door. I haven't worked out how to clean under there except with a cotton bud. I would be happier if I could clean it properly.

Great allrounder .
As a single person I wanted a product I could use with multiple functions and that is what I got with this oven . Perfectly cooks a multitude of meals in oven mode and makes the best toasted sandwiches cooked on both sides at once . Did I mention this oven also saves on energy costs not having to use the energy of a large oven . I thoroughly recommend this product for it's many outstanding features and performance .

Still learning all the things that can be done
Have had this for about 3 months and I am still not entirely confident with all that can be done - it is such a new way of cooking. LOVE the air-fryer - oil free chips, etc. Have made the recipes in the hand book and they are excellent. Perhaps a few more recipes specifically for this unit would help to give us more confidence in how to adapt recipes to this method of cooking.

Not Worth It
We bought this some time ago and found it was a great fit for our kitchen and convenient to use.
We originally bought in part due to the Russell Hobbs reputation. Not again.
Unfortunately we found it to be very lightweight in fabrication, very hard to keep clean, the main timer very quickly broke and wouldn't time-out, then the door broke during normal handling. The 'Air Fry' function - with no temperature control - is something of a joke.

Burnt on top?
I bought this oven about a week ago... I'm confused about the different functions, the instruction booklet is not much help. I would like to ask which elements are on for each function...the problem I have experienced is the top element is on during airfry and bake function so the food burns on top quickly before the food is heated through...I have tried different temperatures. Is the top element supposed to be on during bake and airfry?

Unimpressed
Thermostat control is very poor in bake mode. No thermostat control in airfry mode.
Door doesn't close properly. Temp knob becomes hot to touch after a short time.
Should have saved my money.

Disappointed
I bought this 3 days ago and have to say I am very unhappy with the air fryer setting. My old air fryer has temp control, yours doesn't and just burns everying and not cooked in the center. Have always used your products and been very happy. Looking reviews you have let yourselves down and consequently will lose faithful customers. Can I return to you or you retail outlet.

good size for the bench
I have just purchased this product, first time use, I did chips and fish bites in air fryer mode and some fat drip onto the elements which was almost impossible to remove because of the cage. I could find nothing in the manual as to whether I should use the drip tray when air frying. I am concerned this might restrict the air flow if I did.

Mini Oven, Max Cooking
What an awesome little cooker! If you are cooking or two people it doesn't make sense to heat up a big oven - this bench top air fryer and mini oven is able to do almost anything. Being small it heats up fast and cooks evenly. A much more efficient and healthier way to cook meals.

Excellent, but has minor issues
I have had this machine for just over three years. It is a perfect little oven for baking for smaller quantities or one or two people. It heats up instantly, which is a cost savings and cooks evenly. The air fryer function is troublesome and really not worth being called an air fryer. It is very hard to keep clean.
Now after tree years of using almost every day, the element at the bottom is disintegrating and I have been told by customers service that this is not replaceable. I am so sad.

Flaming chicken
Is the top element meant to flame up when cooking chicken on the bottom shelf? Just registering a complaint in case it burns my place down. Woeful product.

I have only had this air fry a few weeks and am trying to be positive. French fries are still soft after 25 mins. My previous appliance only took 15/18 mins I cannot hear a fan when it is operating so am wondering if this is something I should be listening for or not. I also cooked enchiladas and they took well over half and hour and were still very soft. Please tell me I am doing something wrong or it will be going back!

Crisp n Burn
You can't advertise a product to bake when it doesn't. There's no fan to circulate air so it's hot air pummelling down on whatever you're cooking. Luckily I was cooking a small cake which burnt on top after only 5 minutes. If I was cooking chicken, it would be a half cooked waste. If you're looking for a counter top oven, definately go with a breville, they are fantastic and wish we never changed.

Worst ever to clean
This must be the worst appliance to clean, impossible to thoroughly clean the inside, the trays and racks etc will not clean properly, you can't clean the door bottom edges or the lamp cover grills inside, any grease that formed on the outside vent is also very hard to clean. I think most of the problems are due to a poor choice of material finishes for the purpose

Disappointed
I've successfully cooked chips. Apparently you can cook a few things at once! I had chips in the middle and sausage rolls on the bottom, chips just were not cooking so moved the sausage rolls to the top and they burnt to a crisp (using air fry function) but raw on the inside... definitely had higher expectations!
