Great price, good product
This slow cooker was on sale at a great price. I was a little concerned as when i opened it I noticed the lid doesn't sit tightly on the top of the cooker and I saw other reviewers had mentioned this. I did some research and found that a slightly loose lid shouldn't cause issues as long as not too much steam can escape. I decided to give it a go, and found that it cooks perfectly. The lid is wobbly and I have to make sure it's a particular way round so that there isn't a gap - but it hasn't affected the temperature or cooking times for the meals I've made so far.
The slow cooker is a great size and I'm looking forward to cooking more meals in it.

Cooking time of 10 hours still not enough!
I bought this a week ago and I was very excitied. What's left is disappointment. Chicken legs after 7 hours on slow still raw, potatoes hard like a brick. Next day Corned silver side with potatoes for 10! hours, not ready and potatoes super hard. Seeme like it does not help to get dinner in the evenings when back from work. Very disappointing... Can probably only used for fast cooking ingredients???

Very disappointing
I was very disappointed with this slow cooker. It takes far longer than it should to cook and in fact I've stopped using it. With previous cookers I have put food on before I go to work in the morning and when I get back early in the evening it's cooked. But not with this cooker.

A disappointment.
Bought to replace 15 year old cooker that was fantastic.
My 2 attempts with this appliance have been failures.
I have just put leg of lamb in oven and hope it will be ready for dinner...It was in the cooker for 9 hours with no sign of cooking!! Just warming. Just as well I was here and noticed.
I have used slow cookers for years so quite experienced at cooking this way.

Limited options
After cooking on Auto for 6 hours, the food had not reached cooking temperature, so I had to switch over to High. The second time, I started cooking on High and it took 4 hours to reach bubbling cooking temperate. After switching to Low after that, I felt that the Low setting was still too powerful for my liking. I would have liked to have a “Keep Warm” setting, as I have since seen on other cheaper slow cookers.

Good starter cooker
Great slow cooker. Only downside is the lid doesn’t seem to be heavy enough, so a few hours into cooking it lifts up and dribbles water down the side.

Very Disappointed
I bought my cooker to replace old cooker that I loved. It's lid does not sit properly and it leaves a strange taste on food. I cleaned , soaked it and scalded it then soaked with vanilla in water. It cooks well but not if you use auto. Not the flavour of my favourite slow cook recipes the taste is not there. Something is wrong but cant resolve what it is. It's not at all well made, to win a prize as best cooker I wonder what the criteria was.
