Top quality appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First impressions of this elegantly designed machine are top notch. I am really impressed with the materials used and the general look and feel. The copper bowl inside is superior quality with a heavy weight and can be used for cooking then as a stylish serving bowl. It is stylish enough to grace any table for any occasion. Rice was cooked to perfection with a full fluffy texture and the vessel is so easy to clean and dry. It's a fabulous machine and deserves a 10/10 for function, style and class. Cannot wait to try out the other features of this highly versatile cooking essential.

Not a bad little machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested the Tefal Induction Rice Master & Slow Cooker. It does look good on the kitchen bench however it does take up a lot of room. It was very easy to use and the bowl was quite handy to serve from cooker to table. The keep warm feature is awesome because it allowed me to cook early but keep it warm until I was ready. However when you are time poor, things need to be quick. I would much rather cook rice on the stove because it is faster than using the cooker. I did cook a chicken and it was set and forget. The chicken came out so tender and juicy! I will continue using it for big meals but not for rice.

Great Rice Cooker, Horrible Slow Cooker
Was looking to replace both a Rice Cooker and a Slow Cooker and the RK818 looked to fit that bill. It is an amazing rice cooker. Any type of rice cooked to perfection, small or large grain in small or large portions. Keeps it at a great temperature when on warm and for the first time a rice cooker that reheats rice perfectly as well.
As a slow cooker this may be the very worst I have ever used. There is no slow in it. It just boils, so you have to watch it and keep adding fluid. Had two meals that were only saved by watching like a hawk. Not how a slow cooker is supposed to work.

Wonderful Rice & Slow cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say ... Wow!! This is such a great 2 in 1 appliance. I cook rice quite a few times a week and would normally cook it on the stove. Never again. This is so much easier and cooks the best rice everytime. Honestly came out perfectly every time. The bowl is of great quality. It is super easy to clean. And best of all, it is also a slow cooker! I made my famous Bolognese in it. Also made some slow cooked lamb shoulder and a veg soup. Was very easy to use and my dishes were cooked to perfection!! Love this and highly recommend!!!

Tefal rice master & slow cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best cooker I ever used. Very easy and simple way to cook a dish or rice. There are few modes to select to cook a different types of rice.
I in love with the design and color. Short cooking time but amazing result. Especially this is non stick pot with round bottom, it's easy for me to stir fry and mixed the ingredients. I would highly recommend this amazing rice master & slow cooker. Another good thing of this cooker to impress me is I can remove the top part to wash & clean.

A multitasking cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always used my rice cooker but this Tefal Induction Rice Master & Slow Cooker takes it to another level!!!. With each rice type having it's own measurements listed in the bowl with separate touch setting for cook makes the rice cook to perfection every time (we've used jasmine rice, sushi rice and basmati rice just to be sure). Not only this, but you can steam, cook a cake and even cook claypot chicken rice (and it even created that crusty bottom that I love). This is a truly amazing cooker.

Fancy intuitive rice cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the rice cooker is definitely up there. As it seemed soo fancy, I was expecting a little song when the rice was ready, but this one just ‘beeps’.
The bowl is solid, which obviously makes the rice come out perfect. My family was confused as we never had rice this soft and fluffy before.
There are small gaps either side of the bowl to take it out of the rice cooker, but if the bowl is full, you need tiny asbestos fingers. It would be great if they had handles.
I also cooked a cake in it (packet mix), which turned out perfectly cooked (55 mins on cake mode).
It does take up bench space, but considering the versatility of it, it’s earned it place. Also, super easy to clean the bowl once it’s empty and cooled down.

Amazing product,well worth the price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an awesome product - It was great from start to finish. It doesn't require you to check the rice while cooking which makes it handy to put on the rice while you are making other components of your dish. Highly recommend this amazing product.The quality of the bowl was amazing and I loved the fact that it uses Induction cooking.Results were simply amazing - I found adding a dash of oil or butter helps with the end product of the rice.
