Can I use Beef Dripping inlace of Oil? intros appliance

The manufacturer indicates that, while the fryer is fitted with an exclusive and patented system for filtration and automatic drainage, suitable for most types of oils and shortenings used for cooking, they strongly suggest only using vegetable oil in the fryer for best results.
