Excellent service.
We bought our toaster and kettle approx 6 months ago. Very happy until there was an electrical problem with the toaster. It shorted out. Tried another power point same result. As it was still under warranty, returned it to The Good Guys, Tingalpa, Qld and they arranged a replacement.
New toaster and Kettle arrived about 3 weeks later. Very happy with the service from The Good Guys and Icona.

De'Longhi duo
Been using for a couple of weeks now. Jug seems reasonably quick. Toaster makes a nice even job but can't handle small pieces of bread as the raising lever only travels a very short distance. If a small piece of toast gets trapped at the bottom there is no way to retrieve it because the crumb draw is very shallow. Some toasters have an opening door which is a better idea.

Bought a De Longhi breakfast pack about 15 years ago and finally wore it out. So went looking for a replacement and luckily Harvey Norman had the Sage Green set that I wanted in stock and at a super special price !!! Snapped it up and now I am set for another 15 years :)

Gorgeous forest green kettle and toaster set
Beautiful forest green kettle and toaster set. I love the vintage look and easy-to-use application including the grip handle of the kettle and the crumb tray that comes with the toaster for easy clean up. Great price for a trusted brand too.
