Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks I bought this about 16 months ago and it now leaks from the bottom. It began just afeet the 12 months mark and has been steadily increasing. Around the clear fill gauge panel also leaks and results in a calcium build up. The photo is the amount of leaking after a 2 cup boil.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size kettle This kettle holds plenty of water so I’m not filling it up all the time and I like that the lid doesn’t pop off it has a hinge so u can fill it or top it up with water from a jug. Easy handle to grab and pour, spout does not leak. And the kettle can be angled in either direction that suits on the bench. Not a heavy kettle, when boiling its not too loud either. And certainly doesn’t take long to come to the boil. It also is the same pink as my toaster and compliments my other Smeg appliances.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These kettles leak and are well known for it! I bought this in blue 2 years ago and it’s now leaking from the bottom. At this price point it should be lasting longer than 2 years. I also bought the matching toaster and it’s still working. Regretful buy as I’ve since found out leaking issues are common as well as bubbling paint.
