Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Didnt work out of the box. No damage to the box or microwave so putting it down to bad build quality. Microwave took 90 minutes to only get the food slightly warm. The glass tray would get stuck while spinning but then correct itself, and the fan at the back of the microwave didnt work. The dash/control pannel felt terrible with the buttons being unresponsive with some needing to be pushed slightly to the right of where the button is placed. Would not recommend this product to anyone
