The controls are impossible to read, so for all the fanciness you can't necessarily use the special cooking features. And it rusted, despite regular cleaning, corners were rusted after 2.5 years. I used it for another year and the floor was nearly rusted through. Impossible to clean because of the rust. What a waste of money. My last one was an LG and the best microwave I ever had and this was the worst.
