Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient and Modern–Worth the Upgrade [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Panasonic inverter flat-bed microwave for a while and overall it’s a solid appliance. The flat-bed design is excellent–no turntable means I can fit bigger or rectangular dishes, and it’s much easier to wipe clean. The inverter technology does a great job with defrosting and gentle reheating, so food doesn’t come out half-frozen or overcooked around the edges. A little pricey compared to standard microwaves, but worth it if you value easy cleaning, more usable space, and smoother cooking performance.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid unit with good performance [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Spacious internals and fairly easy to use, seems to do a good job of quick reheats and more substantial cooking tasks. Not having a rotating platter is weird at first, but it does open up more space inside and makes the unit easier to clean. Buttons could be better if they were individual clicking buttons rather than the flush touch style buttons. Press button door opening is much nicer to use than other brands which require you to pull open a big handle that results in dragging the unit across the bench - a traditional button door opening mechanism is the reason I bought this Panasonic.

I wanted to use it more for cooking to keep the heat down in the house as l was using the oven a lot I used it more for quick reheating but it takes twice as long to reheat or heat up even the smallest thing and heats unevenly I’m assuming because of the flatbed and no turntable. One positive is the space inside but give me the turntable option any day ! I recently purchased another brand ( whirlpool ) with a turntable and it is awesome compared to the Panasonic. I will not be buying based on the product reviews again that’s for sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this microwave just over a month ago to replace our ageing 15yo Panasonic microwave which still worked fine but was a pain to clean. Even though this does not have a turntable it seems to cook the food evenly. Also, without a turntable we are able to fit larger dishes inside. It is also much easier to keep clean even after some foods have spattered around the internal walls. The only minor criticism is that the settings on the panel are hard to read in poor light: grey printing on black background. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our purchase and can highly recommend it

She has previously had lerge convection microwaves when can be temperamental with their temperatureand confusing to use. This is a great appliance for her, its a good size, easy to use, and has even temperature. She does not get confused with the different controls and the instruction booklet Quick Guide is a great reference for her. The capacity is great for just her or for those times whe. She needs to heat food when the family visit. The power levels of the appliance is great for melting chocolate and butter when she is doing her cooking.

My daughter had one as well which I got to try when I was living with her for a short period. I was really impressed with hers (and mine) at how quick they are able to heat items and also to defrost. The defrost function was fantastic in being able to get the desired outcome without partially cooking food (Which was a problem with my previous). I love love love the flatbed which makes it easier to clean and not have to pull out 1000 parts if there is a spill.. I would definitely buy this product again.

Did a ton of research and finally decided on this model. We'd never owned a flatbed or proper inverter microwave before, but we're seriously impressed. It heats fast and evenly, no more cold spots. One thing that confused us at first: it seemed like it was always cooling down. We were waiting for it to finish before starting the next thing, but turns out—you don’t have to! You can just start the next cycle. That part isn't clear in the manual, so worth knowing. All in all, great unit, very happy.

Online search indicated that this was expensive to fix so l decided l had to buy a new one. I'd had the microwave for a number of years but would have expected it to last longer than it did for the price. The only reason l bought the same model again was lack of choice where l live and the flatbed is easier to clean. When l started the new microwave it was much noisier than the previous one, which is a worry.
