How is this not on everyone's must have list?
Unlike the kitchen aid mincer, this one is all metal. Stunning quality. Clever design. I cannot describe how much I love it.
It's made out of a strong but very light weight metal. Which also holds its cool very well with sausage making, pop it in the fridge with the meat to chill and presto. Neat unexpected trick.
It has a brilliant storage design. The meat tray at the top, and catching tray form a container that stores everything else. The meat presser opens and stores all the smaller parts, like the different sized grinding plates etc.
It all goes together snugly and runs very well. Strong durable, no leaks. As I said, I cannot describe how much I love this. They are not asking enough for this marvelous product. I think it's as it's not as well known. But it should be!!! Wow!

Professional quality
I bought this attachment for my stand mixer and I am very happy with the sturdy quality. It has three different grades of mincing discs. I have been playing at making vegetarian mince and it looks great, just like a butcher’s mince. You can put anything through it - nuts, mushrooms - and it doesn’t flinch. Also made great salmon burgers using offcuts. I haven’t tried the sausage maker yet but so far this is the best mincer I have used. Great product.

Don't have to take out my food processor anymore. No more hard cleaning!!!

The three mincer sizes (small, medium, and XS) add great versatility, and it fits seamlessly with my stand mixer. The design is sleek, and cleaning is manageable, though I occasionally find meat parts left inside. While I might need to refine my technique, overall, this attachment has significantly enhanced my kitchen experience.

Minced to perfection!

The meat was minced to perfection and clean up was a breeze. Setting up was straightforward and not as daunting as I anticipated! It gave me confidence in the kitchen. I love knowing that I am creating delicious food using such quality equipment. I am amazed at the versatility of this mixer and cannot wait to see what special things other attachments can do!

Easy to use and clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mincer attachment was super easy to use and it was great to be able to decide what cut of meat I wanted to use when I made mince meat pies, rather than just buying the mince from the shop. It is quick and easy to add the attachment to the mixer and seems like a great quality product that will last a long time. I thought it would be hard to clean but it was actually quite easy. I will definitely use this product a lot in the future

Great mincer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never had a food mincer before and thus is a solid first mincer. It’s a sturdy build and looks well made. Takes a bit of effort to put it together but being able to pull it all apart makes it easier to clean. It appears to be very safe and all the moving components and well hidden inside once you put it together. I like that it comes with so many different attachments giving it many uses. So far I’ve used it to make falafels by mincing the chickpeas. It worked pretty well but I think I need more practice with it. So far I don’t have any complaints with it. Unfortunately I didn’t get any action shots at the time. I will try and make some sausages etc next time. But so far it’s been a really good food mincer. Not sure if meat will be more difficult but I doubt it.

love this mincer use it alot when we can't get chicken/pork/lamb mince we make our own and enjoy the choice of size for what we're making. Have recently got sausage skins so we can try make our own too

how do i remove plastic cover off my kenwood chef to plug in my mincer attachment
Thanks for your question Tony. To remove the plastic slow speed outlet cover, use the grip on the underside and pull outwards. Then open the slow speed outlet catch and push the mincer attachment housing into the slow speed outlet. Trust this helps!
