Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited 15 years to get one of these and was so happy to receive this for Christmas. I love how solid this unit is, the size of the bowl and how easy the attachments are to get on and off.
What I would have loved to have seen was a recipe book to give examples of how each attachment works and the best way to use them, I felt a little overwhelmed not really understanding what each one was for. Having something like this inspires more use! I have kept the poster with the extra attachments and put it up in my pantry to tick off my wish list.

Great range of attachments
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I'd just replace my 20 year old Mix Master with a like-for-like product. Didn't do a great deal of research and visited my local Minimax store. Walked out with the KSM195 TH mixer in Empire Red and the ice cream maker attachment.
The mixer now lives on my bench top and the ice cream bowl is permanently in the freezer, ready to whip up a frozen delight.
The instructions aren't the easiest to follow, and the French vanilla ice cream recipe is too sweet for my Australian palate. These aren't big issues, and I've now adapted the recipe to reflect half the sugar.
But overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Returned it after a week
The machines look awesome but I was super hesitant to purchase one as I have been making everything by hand or with a hand mixer. My husband surprised me with one as I bake daily and spend all my free time in the kitchen. Needless to say that after already being hesitant to buy one I was very disappointed that it stopped working on my third use. They guys at my appliance shop were awesome and took it back for a full refund but I am very disappointed with the product especially with all the hype and endorsement the product has been getting.

Great food mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d been contemplating and researching a stand mixer for a while having owned a Kenwood chef for many years. When that died I purchased a newer chef but was very disappointed with its performance. I sold that on and now am the very proud owner of the Kitchenaid KMS 195. I can honestly say that I have never been more pleased - this mixer has exceeded my expectations - from cookies, to macarons, to cakes and pastry. Everything I have made in this mixer has turned out beautifully. I love the Empire Red colour and it sits proudly on my bench top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been waiting for a very long time to own a KitchenAid Mixer. I can honestly say that it has not disappointed me in any way shape or form . In fact my already famous cupcakes are now more delicious thanks to the way the mixer creams the butter and sugar. I have also gone out of my comfort zone and made things I would never have attempted before and all have been so beautifull . Baking was always very dear to my heart as my Mum was an amzing cook but baking has become my therapy as the past ten months have been challenging and spending time in the kitchen with my new mixer creating yummy food for my family has been the best therapy ever 💗

Built to last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve just discovered the joy of the dough hook, and the scraper attachment - so efficient. Also surprised by the quietness of the machine, compared to my last mixer. Fits neatly under the bench, not too heavy to lift. The speed control feels a little clunky compared to a dial, but I think this is a fair trade off for the robustness and simplicity of the build.

Stunning Empire Red Kitchen Aid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received my Empire Red kitchen aid as a Christmas gift from my family- what a pleasure it’s been to use- very fast, efficient and quiet- can do more baking now- happy days. A beautiful addition to the kitchen. I’ve named my kitchen aid- Lizzie after mum- who has passed- in remembrance of her. Mum had a Breville aid many years ago and this reminds me of her- my kitchen aid will now remain in my family as an heirloom. Feeling blessed.

All you need to bake very well!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old faithful 2007 model started to lose power, and as we are rural there was no easy way for me to fix it quickly, so I bought another one, same colour (beautiful red!) .
I was really excited and pleased when it arrived 5 days later, and couldn’t believe that there was an extra bowl and all the extra bits were included. It has already been used with great results, and sounds different , a little smoother and more quiet. I don’t want to compromise with my lichen equipment and would always choose a Kitchenaid👍👏🥰

What colour is this mixer ‘pebbled palm’? Is it Black? Can you buy this in a Gloss Black?
Hi Annie. The colour Pebbled Palm is a dark matte Forest Green. This model does come in a black, but it is matte black, not gloss black. Hope this helps
