Happy customer
A really lovely looking toaster. I did soooo much research before purchasing and have even bought a couple of others and ended up taking them back due to poor performance. This does the job nicely, though one side is definitely faster at toasting than the other. I love the quick check function. I haven’t used the “little bit more” function as I tend to quick check until it’s done. If it toasted both sides the same I’d give it 5 stars, but it still get a 4 as so far, so good. I’ve had it about 2 weeks now.

Great when it does work
I've had 2 of this toaster now and both have been lemons :(
Both start shorting the power after 12-18 months use - the first one did this just before the warranty was out, so we replaced with the same one (thinking perhaps we were just unlucky) - nope, sure enough at 18monhs use it's now shorted the power in the house. We have since moved house too, and have turned off all appliances to confirm it's 100% the toaster causing it.
So disappointing as it has great eye appeal and toasts beautifully. But certainly won't be buying another!

I too have found that it only toasts one side of the bread sometimes.
Also, it is Model: LTA670BSS2JAN1, but this does not appear on the list of Toasters model When registering the toaster with Breville, and so it is of possible to register the roarer for a warranty other than registering it as a different model

Great apart from the wobble
Great appliance except the fact it is bent from the word go.
I popped a 20cent coin under 1 corner and it sits perfect now so it is out by about 2mm.
NOT what one would expect when spending over a hundred bucks to toast bread!
Shame as it is a great unit, would get 5 stars otherwise
I did read in reviews that the wobble is an issue, purchased thinking this was probably an isolated case but it seems not.

Handy lift and look feature
This is pretty good, though in order to get toasted bread, you need to set to 5 or 6, anything below is just warm bread. I feel that when it gets older it will loose its toasting ability quicker as elements fail and turning it up higher is not an option... not sure why toasters need to come with a whole four completely useless levels.

Age while you wait for candle toasted bread!
This toaster one of the few choices I had that would fit inside an appliance cupboard size-wise. It gets two stars because it seems solidly made and it looks nice. However, functionally it’s just not worth it. It has six minute settings and only when it is on 6 does it toast multigrain bread. Mind-you, that’s a bit of colour and nothing more. So, if you like your toast waved over a candle flame - this is the toaster for you! You will have a highly satisfactory food relationship. However, if you want your toast to have colour and crunch, while not requiring you to age while you keep pushing the toast setting for “a bit more”, I recommend finding a different product. I am back to hunting for a new toaster to fit my appliance garage, and may just deal with more stuff on the bench if I can’t find something. Either way, this one is going back!

Good toaster
had this toaster for about 6 weeks and no problems. Good even toasting. Would have been great if the over height feature raised the hot toast a bit higher but otherwise good.

Had to replace my toaster, and did a lot of research as I LOVE toast. Best toaster ever . Good clean lines, easy to mange and clean, and toasts things right fine.
