Big problems electrically
The toaster looks beautiful and it's a great design to have the two slots for toasting up to four slices. However, this is our second toaster that blows our new electric circuit. There's something not right about its electrics & we checked reviews we saw that his is a common problem. We wont be having a third go at persevering with this toaster.

Pop/Toss OUT Toaster.
We love the brand and replaced our Toaster & Kettle last week. The toaster is the 4 slice toaster. Had I known it throws out the toast onto the kitchen counter unless loaded with 4 slices, I’d never have bought the product. Ridiculous. Most unhappy.
Very poorly engineered. Expected more of SMEG.

A little bit of luxury
Quick and efficient delivery, item came as described. Love the shade of pastel green and can't wait to get the matching kettle. Toasts well, and in one cycle, rather than my old toaster which required thicker bread to be put down multiple times. A statement piece worth the extra $$ for sure.

You do get what you pay for!
This is a great toaster. The mint green is an absolute classic, happy colour that looks great against a white bench/ splashback.
The toaster itself toasts really well, evenly on both sides and the crumpet setting also works really well!
