Rated 4 out of 5 by from Feels very premium [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great unboxing experience, it was easy to assemble and the item feels very premium. It might just be me but I was a little confused about how it worked as I didn't pick up in the instructions that it extracts liquid and isn't a wet vac that uses water from the device. But after figuring that out it worked very well for it's intended use. It's fantastic for accident prone pets that make a mess on the carpet or clumsy people like myself that can knock over a drink or 2 as the caddy is very convenient to just grab and clean up a spill straight away as they can be very hard to clean from carpet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great wet vac, but left stain [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is a great vacuum cleaner for spilled liquids, and the caddy makes it very easy to store it out of the way and keep it charged. It's lightweight and the attachments make it easy to get into tight spots. Cleaning it after use is also a breeze. I tried using it on 3 stains: - Shoe polish on a dark rug - Blue and red colouring pen on cream carpet - Mystery red stain on a pale cream couch The cleaning solution / vac combo was effective at removing the stains, but the cleaning solution itself seemed to leave a stain of its own (particularly on the pale cream couch)

The spray is the best product o have ever seen it got stains out of my carpet and my car upholstery that nothing would budge. The caddy makes it so easy to do everything and I was able to clean my car with ease compared to my bissel which is big bulky and requires access to a power point and and extension leads to reach my carport I absolutely love the shark it makes my life so much easier and when my cat chucks up a hair ball cleaning up now will be some much faster and efficient

When using the machine on older tough stains it did not remove them completely, but did make them dramatically lighter and less visible. If you get to the stain straight away while it is still damp however, it will remove all traces of them. It is very powerful for a handheld cordless unit and produces a lot of suction. The overall design and quality is also really good. The only complaint I would have is the bottles for the oxidisation liquid are pretty small.

I absolutely loved that it is cordless with a magnetic charger meaning I can easily grab and use it anywhere including my car upholstery without needing to be close to a charging point. Everything fits easily into the caddy that makes it easy to store away and even easier to grab and go. The product itself feels sturdy, yet lightweight and comfortable to hold and use. I tested this out on some stains on my rug and on the car seats and honestly blown away by how easy and quick it was to remove old stains! Cleaning has never felt this enjoyable! Highly recommend.

The fact that it stores easily in its caddy, is light and easy to operate with one hand, and super simple to empty and clean are all massive bonuses on top of the fact that it does what it says on the tin - removes spots and stains! And it does it well! Have used it multiple times on cat vomit stains that come out of my carpet no worries. Also got chocolate out of my sofa no worries. It gets a good workout in my home and is still going strong. Highly recommend!

It has become one of my favourite cleaning tools as how easily it tackles spills and pet messes. Shown in the photo is my rug after using this product to clean a mess from my dog. The suction is powerful and it work so fast. The thing that impressed me the most was how easy it was to use. I didn't have to hire anyone to try to put it together or help me hold it. It is lightweight, simple to fill and empty and easy to manoeuvre around many spaces. If you are looking for a reliable and effective spot cleaner, I highly recommend this one not just for busy households or pet owners, but everyone!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lightweight portable stain remover [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the physical machine to be really great at getting stains out and being able to get to them before they set in, due to its light weight nature. I really liked how small the machine is and how useful the caddy is. Both heads are really good. It allows for both large and small areas to be cleaned. The only issue I had was with the spray bottle. The liquid did not want to come out of the sprayer instead I needed to pour it out the bottle. I would definitely recommend.
