Not really worth it
I bought this a few months ago & wanted to really use it before leaving a review so I could ensure it was an honest one. I was so excited to get this machine thinking it would half my cleaning floors time but it's honestly quicker to use a traditional vaccum & mop. The solution compartment & the dirty compartment are so small that you stop constantly to empty them. Then make sure you do a thorough clean pulling nearly the whole thing apart after every single use or wow it gets pongy. This would be fine for small areas but definitely not the whole house. I'm so disappointed to be leaving this review as I had such high hopes in bissell but if I was ever asked about a vaccum mop, this isn't the one

So happy with my Bissel Croswave! Worth the $$ and some! I did a bit of research before entering the market for a new steam mop and I’m so glad I did. This vacuum’s and steams in one. Perfect for stuck on stains and cleaning up messes made by little children. When you pair it with the solution it leaves your house smelling fresh and cleannn! OBSESSED! Also when you first use it expect to be surprised by how dirty the water you empty will be! Love the self cleaning mode too!

Bissell's Game Changer
Great mopping and vacuuming device! I bought this steam cleaner for my new house since it has hard floors, and after using it for a week, I’m really impressed. The floors are no longer sticky, and overall it does a great job. It wasn’t able to remove a few hardened marks (I had to scratch those off by hand), but that’s a minor issue.
I love that it vacuums and steams at the same time — it makes cleaning so much easier without needing multiple devices. The only downside for me is that the dirty water tank is a bit small, so I usually need to empty and refill it 3–4 times per use. Other than that, it’s been a very satisfying purchase.

Bought about a month ago. Absolutely love it. Floors feel amazingly clean after using it. Not fun cleaning all the mess out of the tank but love how well it cleans. Only thing is can't buy the cleanout formula in Australia but they say you can use any formula for the clean out

I bought the original crosswave when it was first released and I thought it was the best thing I had ever bought but the new one is even better. I have a lot of hard floors in my house and I have pets so I’m happy to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time as it cuts the cleaning time in half. Love the shot of steam feature

Convenient time saving clean up
I LOVE my Bissell crosswave. As a mum of four kids I use this all the time to quickly clean up after meals. The convenience of only having to use the cross wave instead of a broom and mop or vacuum and mop is fantastic. Have wanted one for years and am so glad I finally got one.
