Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW ! The best appliance ever !! A must have in your home !! Amazing appliance . I have health issues which makes it hard to mop . I decided I would give the shark stem and scrub . WOW ! It is easy to use with no strain or hard effort . I thought my floors were clean , I was amazed at how much grime the shark cleaned up . Fast drying and my tiles look amazing . No streaks just a great shine . Even cleaned the grout . My daughter was amazed so she tried it on her floors and was also amazed ! So I bought her one as well . This is not like the steam mops from the past . It actually scrubs gently no scratches on the floor. The best appliance I’ve ever bought !! Thank you SHARK !!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not overly impressed I've used this mop a few times now and not terribly impressed. I have glossy white floor tiles in our bathrooms and this mop leaves water marks all over the floor which makes me want to mop it again. There can also be a dank smell after using, a bit like a wet dog, not entirely pleasant. Prior to buying this mop I was using Enjo which only uses a spray bottle of water and removable, washable mop pad. I never had a problem with streak marks or smell, admittedly a bit of extra elbow grease required but floors looked and smelt better. I wash the pads after every use and normally clean the floors using the Medium setting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great steamer, but needs a design change Really like the fact that the steam works well & the pads are washable. The issue I have found is the steam works that well that the inner door catch to the water container disintegrates from the heat, so it affects the ability to use. This has happened while still under warranty & with-in a few months after purchase. I have been told by the store that this is not covered by the warranty. I will not be purchasing another. This has happened to me twice while under warranty so I will not try for a third. Not going to waste a few hundred dollars. It needs to have a removeable water tank with a better design for the door.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You won't be disappointed Purchased this mop after seeing multiple Facebook adds and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a new steam mop to clean the tiles in my 4br house. We have two dogs and find the floor gets quite messy. The rotating mop heads easily removed dirt and marks and I love the way I can get right up to the skirting boards. Once the heads are rotating the mop is easy to manoeuvre and only needs a bit of light guidance to move over the floor. I use a spray bottle with floor cleaner to spray on stubborn marks before running the mop over top. Bonus points for the mop heads being machine washable. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Steam power The shark steam mop has been by far my best purchase for cleaning my tiled floors. It makes mopping so easy. It used to take 1 and 1/2 hours to manually mop my floors. Now eith the steam mop it takes about 1/2 an hour. No more bending ! It is effortless to use and after having carpel tunnel surgery there is no pressure or pain in my hand. Highly recommended

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR EXCUSE FOR A STEAM MOP We bought this a few weeks ago and after many attempts to clean the tiled floor we have now packed it away in the garage. Useless excuse for a steam mop. STREAKS AND WET FLOORS BEHIND AS YOU TRY CLEANING MULTIPLE TIMES EVEN. TAKES LONG TO DRY AND LEAVES THE DRY STREAKS NOW ON DISPLAY.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t live up to a single claim. Despite following the instructions exactly it had no effect my grout looks exactly the same as before, still dirty and stained. No noticeable improvement whatsoever total waste of money. I had high hopes based on the advertising, but this was a complete letdown. It's frustrating to spend money on something that simply doesn’t work. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment—this product is not worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy Days! I have just used this machine for the first time and am really pleased with the result. I have a large area of vinyl which has indentations on it as part of its pattern, but sadly it also gets dirt in these indentations. The cheaper steam mops never did a good job, and im certainly past getting down on my hands and knees and scrubbing floors, but this Shark Steam mop did a great job on these areas, i had to work on them a little but came up great. Only used the nirmal mode,that was quite sufficient, its a very light and easy machine to maneuver too. Highly recommend it!👍🥰
