Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not for Tiles I would definitely avoid buying this if you are planning to use on tiles. i bought this steam mop not long ago and when i use it on my tiles it leaves water puddles everywhere it goes and I always sweep before I mop and it still leaves what I have missed on the tiles.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So much hassle - it’s not going to get used regula So disappointed with this purchase. Yes, it cleans ok but it’s a real pain to clean the machine after use. There are 2 parts ( with flaps and compartments) plus the brush, which all require emptying and cleaning. Also, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out the instructions regarding which sequence of lights represents which level of clean. Bitterly disappointed. I obviously selected the wrong model. I just wanted something quick and simple ( take off one reservoir and empty) to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay, but not what I hoped. I have had this since the end of July, and I am frustrated by the stark difference between its claims and the actual results. I don't believe it gives as good a result as my previous Shark steam mop, and I have gotten to the stage i just use a mop and bucket. I was tossing up between this one and the hydrovac, but unfortunately, cost is always a big part of the decision-making. This is the first Shark product I have been disappointed in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective and efficient Really good at doing the job. Very simple to use and to clean after. Great that you don't need to do any vacuuming or sweeping beforehand. Cleaned my old linoleum floors and tiles without doing any damage. Got some of the tougher oldest stains out. My only concern is I can't get right to the edges of my floors due to the skirting boards in the way. Any tips on how to remedy this would be appreciated. Otherwise, would recommend.
