Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick clean Bought several Bissell products on same order including this spray version. I have the Bissell spot cleaning machine and wanted different products for different purposes, This spray is particularly handy for emergencies-as soon as see something on the carpet I give it a quick spray and leave for 5 minutes. The either dab with paper or microfiber cloth. At first was not sure stains had been removed but once dry was pleased to see no sign of stain. Trick is to spray as soon as you see stain is dog mess, coffee or tea. The spray needs no mixing so is immediately ready to tackle stains. Bit pricey but was on 3 for 2 deal-would recommend having one of these handy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent My dog has a habit of eating windfall plums, stones and all, and later hawks up the stones, leaving a nasty yellow stain. I don't know if this is the same formula as the old Bissell pet stain cleaner which came in a pink bottle. The directions for use were to blot up any liquid, spray the soiled area generously with the formula, and then cover it with a damp cloth and leave for a couple of hours. This always lifted the stain right out without any rubbing or scrubbing, couldn't be easier! And I'm pleased to say that this version works in exactly the same way. I wouldn't be without it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty effective, scent a bit strong though Fairly effective at removing new dog urine stains from carpets, and removing the smell. I blot up the urine by standing on paper towels, then spray with soap and water, blot that up, then spray with this and leave it for 5ish minutes before rubbing it off with more paper towel. I'll do repeat treatments until the stain is gone. Scent can get a bit overpowering so I sometimes go back in with the soap and water spray afterwards to remove some of it. I've found this more effective for urine than using the bissel spot treat machine and cleaner. Have bought this multiple times now 👍

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cat urinating smell It def gets Rid of the smell U can smell in the air but I took a gamble as don’t have one of the bissell machines but nothing in the description said u need the machine I have used twice in the area cat has urinated but the carpet still smells bad when u put ur nose to it a little disappointed in description from Harvey Norman

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great stuff ive bought this petstain and odour remover twice, i have 3 dogs and its hard keeping my house fresh after they have been out in the wet, and i thought it probs wont work! but how wrong was i, its amazing and it really works, and for stains it works great! one ov my dogs were sick on the carpet and i thought thats never gona come out but i sprayed it with pet stain and odour remover went back 5 mins later and it was like wiping water off a bench it just lifted off! its realky amazing!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I discovered how impressive the results are using Pet Stain & Odour Remover a few years ago when my old dog had problems. I couldn't have found a better solution! Later I loaned it to my daughter who used it along with the machine to deep clean a bedroom of cat smells after moving into a rented property. That room is now the nursery. Today, with new pets we both keep it close to hand as a stand-alone treatment because it simply works. Accidents do happen. It's become a family secret

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Removes urine smells I use this for pet urine stains and also on baby car seats when my kids have accidents. It is amazing. It doesnt just mask the smell with a pretty fragrance. It gets rid of the wee smell altogether. I also used it on my floorboards (its not recommended for floorboards) when my cat peed in the corner and the smell penetrated through. I figured I would try this spray as a last ditch effort before replacing the floor. It worked!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A good fix for a bad cat! One of our cats is very uncivilised, routinely spraying in many sites around the house. Yes, we've done everything. Neutered, multiple Feliway diffusers, calming pet collars, etc., even pet psychologists! Nothing fixes him, but at least this products cleans up effectively afterwards. If we could just mount it on his, er, back...
