Rated 1 out of 5 by from Off-gassing is Lingering Used in my Bissell Pet Pro Revolution Model # 1986 on separate occasions: cleaning two microfiber couches and two large area rugs. Usage amounts were per the machine's recommendation. The product left an intense chemical smell that lingered on both couches and one rug for a week while one rug is still off-gassing after more than two weeks. I have used this upright cleaner and other Bissell liquid products many times before without this issue. Note: my dog does not urinate in the house but he is dirty from spending time outside so I opted for the Stain & Odor product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective cleaner with a very nice smell! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two cats and recently took in a stray cat for a month. I think the stray cat had marked a few spots which fortunately were mostly on/in items and not directly on the carpet. However, I wanted to clean my carpets just in case to get any lingering smell out. This cleaner has a very pleasant smell - not overpowering, just the smell of clean. When I dumped the dirty water, it was a dark brown, almost black liquid. I had no idea my carpet was that dirty since I just had it professionally cleaned a year ago and I don't wear shoes in the house.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been using this formula exclusively. I have been using this formula exclusively and I am very happy with it. It gets the stains out very well. I had one doggie vomit stain that was really set in. I've had to use the pet pre-treat formula twice now and cleaned with this 2x pet stain formula four times. It's probably the cleanest spot on my carpet, but I am probably the only one who can see the VERY faint hint of where the stain is. I did the pre-treat with the damp towel. I think the enzyme formula is doing the trick. I really like how this 2X Pet Stain and Odor formula has cleaned the rest of my carpet. I will continue to use it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend for Pets I've tried the standard shampoo but the Pet Stain & Odour is excellent to refresh your carpets if you have dogs that live inside. The smell is not overpowering but one of cleanliness. As I use this regularly my house never has that "doggy smell".

I have trapped, neutered/spayed, vaccinated, tamed and adopted many of them. 26 live inside my house. Most of the problems I have are near the food stations and the litter boxes. But I also have problems with a few of the males marking their territories. I have tried many products. And all of them work to some extent. But Bissell does a very good job removing the stain and odor. And it has a pleasant scent. And I am very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We couldn't be more pleased with Bissell [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 92 year old amputee widower living alone with my 12 year old partially paralyzed dog Lady. It's important to us both that things work like they're supposed to. Because of her condition, Lady can have an "accident" and never know it Bissell's PET Stain & Odor Upright Carpet Cleaning Formula does an outstanding job on those "surprises." It really does what the ads say every time. In 5 minutes you would never know there was an accident with no trace of odor or stain. It's easy to tell that Lady is as pleased as much as me with the results. After the job and Lady's inspection I get a hand licking thank you from my big Belgian Tervuren. We couldn't be more pleased with Bissell

Can I use the bissell wash and protect pet stain and odour in my bissell spot cleaning machine ?

Hi there. Thank you for your question. This formula should only be used in Full Size Carpet Washer machines, and the Spot Clean Turbo (model 15582 only). This is a 2 x concentrate and shouldn't be used in smaller models, as it may break/clog/overflow the machine. For more information on what solution will best suit your Bissell Spot Cleaner, please contact your local Harvey Norman store.
