Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Quality Purchased this vacuum recently and had it delivered, it arrived today and I must say I'm very disappointed. This is my 3rd Bosch vacuum in ten years and I've kept purchasing them as they've been fantastic however this model is made very cheap, the head on it has now been made all plastic and is very flimsy making it hard when vacuuming (its predecessor was metal and plastic), the extension chord on it is extremely thin unlike others which have a strong thick chord (doubt it will last long) and lastly the suction on this model is no where near what the previous models were despite being advertised at 2200w still. All in all will not purchase another Bosch, very disappointing sad that the quality has decreased so much will check other out other brands next time as don't feel Bosch is worth the money anymore.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well but needed repairs [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this vacuum for around 3-4 years now it works well on timber floors The plastic hose parts feel flimsy though it doesn't come apart or break, it's just a perception when coming from all steel tube models Our vacuum did fail out of warranty and needed a new circuit board, the replacement board from Bosch wall fairly priced and arrived quickly The service person praised the quality of the Bosch vacuum and how they made it easy to repair

Stem is a bit too short for a taller person and the head a little flimsy, but for the right price it is worth the money and better than others I have tried.
