Cleaning the waste system is quite a hassle
As some reviews have it , it is indeed kind of leaky when you remove the cleaning head or when you attempt to empyt the tank.
Moreover, the dry waste is not really dry. The dry waste bin is wet and you can't simply empty the bin like the way the advertisement or instruction video shows it. The solid waste is all wet and mushy. Cleaning every par of the removable waste system is absolutely necessary. Otherwise it smells after a few days. Even after the self cleaning process.
All in all, disappointing because the features are kind of misrepresented. Or maybe I overestimated the ease of use. A bit of a hassle honestly.

Poor performance
I bought the Dyson wet & dry cleaner 3 weeks ago but I am really disappointed. I was expecting more from a Dyson, especially when paying so much money! It is only good for mopping but not for hard cases like when something is stuck on the floor. If there is a lot of dust on the floor and it gets wet, then you have to move it front and back a few times to clean the floor as the roller rolls it back on the floor again. When there is something adjacent to the wall it cannot pick it up. The shape and size of the cleaner head makes it difficult to clean around or under furniture. If your floor is quite dirty, then after some minutes you will have to empty and clean the water tank, which is quite annoying if you have to do it after each room of the house.

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was complimentary from Dyson. This Dyson floor cleaner is amazing! It is so easy to use. Cleaned my floors super quickly, was extremely quiet and was so easy to clean up. I just put it together right out of the box, filled up the little chamber with water, turned it on and cleaned my floors. At the end I dumped out the dirty water which was super gross. I thought my floors were clean before. And then I put it in the little docking station and ran it through a self clean. It was really easy and so nice.

Stunning design, easy to use
A stunning piece of design from Dyson means that this device is a thing of beauty and incredibly easy to use. It comes with an easy to follow instruction sheet, with more information available on the MyDyson app. Even better, the screen on the handle gives animated prompts! It made light work of cleaning our tile floors. Dyson have missed a trick by not including a sample bottle of their recommended cleaning fluids so I had to order this separately from their website. It can use other low foam cleaning fluids which is handy to know. A great product and easy to recommend

Great for hard floors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] gifted by dyson Our house is entirely hard wood floors(with a few area rugs) With 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 cats they get a lot of wear and tear. Keeping them entirely clean seems like a never ending, daunting task. This Dyson works like a mop and vacuum in one(but just for your hard floor surfaces) It comes with a charging station. That is so nice to not have to find an outlet and drag a chord around. It’s quiet and lightweight when in use. Easy to set up and use right out of the box. Just watch it around chords and fabric because it did get a good suction on my phone charger and shower curtain! This is well worth the money if you have majority or all hard floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was completely excited for this Dyson floor wash! I currently have the Dyson vacuum and just makes my life so much easier. I have hardwood floors all over the house and it takes me so long to just wash the floors. This one is incredible. It’s easy to put it together and it’s easy to use. They even have an app but the Dyson wash itself shows it on the little screen, how to even put the water in and how much wash time you have left until you have to charge. The second it’s in wash mode, it has so much power that it even pushes it on its own a little. Overall so happy with this product! Gifted by Dyson

Amazing product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s incredibly easy to use and makes everyday chores so much less stressful. I love how the roller picks up all the dirt and stains from the floor, even pet hair that a vacuum can’t always catch. It’s super lightweight and very easy to use and clean. Another thing I love is that you can clean under furniture without having to move it because it flattens out very easily. The only minor downside is that you have to refill the tank a few times, but honestly, it’s still so much better than squeezing out a traditional mop. gifted by dyson

Makes cleaning hard floors so easy.
Love my new Dyson Clean + Wash floor cleaner. No more cords, mops or bucket is a game changer for me. Easy to use and I’m impressed with how the cleaner itself is easily disassembled for emptying and rinsing after use. It may not be suitable for very dirty tiled floors or large homes but for an older person such as myself it takes all the hard work out of cleaning my floors. It requires so little effort as it is virtually self-propelling. Far superior to the steam mop I’ve been using and if it lasts as long as my Dyson vacuum cleaner (8years and still going well) then it’s definitely great value for money.
