Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this robot vac! My wonderful partner got me this yesterday and it is absolutely brilliant. We used the vacuum feature first and it picked up so much dirt and debris, I was shocked. We then decided to try the mopping function and it worked so well and left the tiles looking clean and shiny. It auto empties at the end of every cycle as well! We have named the vacuum Covac Gray (after Conan Gray) because it is as majestic as he is. If you buy one you will not be disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Filter needs replacing only after one month of use Do not buy this machine. I only used this machine for one month (and not even heavy usage) and the app gave me a warning message that the “filter is heavily worn and needs replacement”. Dealing with ECOVAC support has been a nightmare eventhough the machine is still under warranty. All they give you is excuses and the run around. Will never buy another ECOVAC ever again based on the poor after sales support.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really happy with design and functionality. First robot vacuum. It does have mopping function which should be understood as quite basic (small water tank with microfibre pad) although we saw this is an extra as we wanted a vacuum primarily. We have a single level tiled floor 3br 2b house with rugs and quite a few bits of furniture to navigate. The real motivation for purchase was to deal with pet hair and debris from outside traffic such as grass after mowing the lawn. Upon entry the house would never feel clean or it would always feel like it needed cleaning. We took a trip to HN where the Deebot N20 Pro was on sale however looking at the bulk of other units it was apparent we didn't have a lot of locations to hide the charging empting station. With this unit being a bit more streamlined it hides away in a smaller house and that was the first box ticked. My wife wanted white which was the second box ticked and having the Deebot entertain us as it does the job we wanted very well is the third box. We are both really happy with the outlay and result. Configuration is pretty standard effort for most WiFi enabled devices in 2025 so if you are frustrated by tech you will need some help however once you are connected and have the Deebot learn the house arrangement it will take care of the rest. Takes about 80 minutes to clean our whole floor - the Deebot will try to clean everywhere it can access. I still enjoy watching the robot do it's things and will alert you on the app if it gets stuck or needs help which has just been on a couple of rare occasions. In short very happy to have this automatic cleaning added even if it was entry level in comparison to much more expensive options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Deebot N20 pro plus After reading many online reviews and videos I still wasn’t sure about the investment on this. But I got a good sale price and decided to go for it, and I have to say I haven’t looked back. Does a brilliant job, easy set up too. A lot better with random objects than I thought. Even managed to himself out from amongst the dining table chairs when I left them in an unusual position. The mopping function is really handy too.
