Terrible for Pets
I’ve had this vacuum for around 12 months and I regret purchasing it. If you have a pet with long hair, do not waste your money!! The suction is great, and for a cord vacuum it moves really well however for the price point and being marketed as a pet vacuum it is deeply flawed. The roller brush cannot be removed and you physically have to cut the hair out of the roller each time. It is time consuming and often quite difficult to do because of the way the roller has been designed. Additionally, the manual is really underwhelming and doesn’t provide much detail at all about the best way to use each of the heads. Hate hate hate this vacuum.

Fantastic
I’ve had this vacuum cleaner for about 6 months now, and I still haven’t found anything I don’t like. I have a big, short haired dog that sheds like anything and is an inside dog, and a Ragdoll cat, so you can imagine my house is almost always covered in fur. This vacuum barely misses a bit, though it does struggle a bit more with the long cat hair. Be mindful that every few uses you will have to cut the hair out of the turbo brush head, but I don’t mind that so much.
It’s so easy to take apart to clean filters, empty or get bits that are stuck, and I never worry about bits breaking when taking apart because the quality of the plastic is so high.
Absolutely worth the money in my opinion

Great features
I’ve used this now half a dozen times and I’m finding it great, I have a long haired German shepherd who constantly sheds plus living on gravel road with loads of dust, my carpets are starting to look like new again. The suction is great, the on board tools are user friendly, quieter than my other one, love the length of pipe, easy to empty, the only problem I find is taking off and attaching the heads I’m finding a bit stiff, hoping over time I’ll master it. All round a very good vac. Solid well made.

Miele vacuum cleaner
It’s the best vacuum cleaner everrrr
I used to be a Dyson fan and the last Dyson I bought 2 years ago ( big ball animal pro ) was horrible and not worth half of the money I spent ( I payed $888 plus $99 for product care “ thanks god I bought product care “ ) it’s been to the service 3 times during that 2 years ( they had to change the head each time ) and as soon as the manufacturer warranty is over the new head stopped spinning again so I decided to use the product care and change it to Miele which was the best decision I made

Ok product
I purchased this week the Blizzard CX1 Excellence. It's a good vacuum cleaner with great suction. However, while using the vacuum cleaner for the first time, one of the bristles from the attached brush fell out. Today while using it for the second time, two more fell out. For the price you pay for this vacuum cleaner, I must say the quality is not that great.
The floor head is bulky, making it difficult to clean corners and tight spaces. I assume I have to purchase the hard floor twister to get the job done.
Overall an ok vacuum cleaner.

No good for dog hair
We have a long haired German Shepherd, at first we were really happy with the vacuum, quiet, good performance, worked well. But after 3 months the turbo head stopped as it was completely clogged with hair. We had to pull it apart to get the hair out for it before it worked again, and parts had disintegrated from friction agains the hair. In the end we started using the normal head but this also ended up clogging up at the wheel and almost broke itself with all the hair build up. would be good for a cat or short haired dog but defiantly not long haired dog.

Disappointing
I have had the exact same vacuum for many years and have been very happy with it, which is why i thought when I needed a replacement that buying the same vacuum the best choice. Boy! I was wrong! clearly not the same quality of manufacture as my previous CX1. The head is flimsy and to be honest impossible to vacuum carpet with! on carpet mode it just pushes things around the surface of the carpet and doesnt lift anything from the carpet. If you flick it to hard surfaces you cant push it at all on the carpet although it sucks better. I spent most of the time using the nozzle on my carpet to remove debris.... terrible! time consuming and a disapointing purchase.
