Nice little unit.
This was a replacement for a Bosch stick I bought a good 7-8 years ago which was good at the time but the battery had finally died. This is a huge advancement as it's lightweight at the base (a little heavier up top but not unmanageable), easy to manoeuvre, super smart when it adjusts to the floor conditions (carpet or floorboards, more dust or dirt, dark or light, near the wall etc) and easy to empty. Takes a good 4 hours to charge and doesn't last longer than needed to clean an average sized unit/apartment but still very impressed with it. Best of all, it really doesn't catch the hair in the roller, which is the main reason I bought it.

Battery life is awful
I was happy with the product the first couple of days but the battery life is terrible, I can’t get through my house before it dies (it’s just a 3 bed house, nothing big) it takes hours to charge again so I’m left with an unfinished house and no way to hover it! You’d expect it to at least last the 60 min duration it states. False advertisement is what it is. I get a maximum 20mins run time which is not sufficient. I am also extremely annoyed that I cannot find complaints section on this whole website, This should be easily found for a customer who is unhappy with their purchase.

Disappointed and would return in a heartbeat
Just purchased this vacuum yesterday from The good guys. The suction isn’t strong and takes multiple passes for dust on hard floors and not strong enough for sliding door groves. It’s nice that it empties itself but metal particles build up on the magnet causing it to not close properly then the dust and dirt the next use falls out the bottom. The magnet is a pain to clean and requires cleaning after each big use.
The battery run time is about 10-15 minutes.

Dont buy it!!
The worst vaccuum i have ever owned. Bought this late last year at Briscoes, and from the start I wasnt very happy but tried to overlook the small flaws. From day two the pipe started clogging at a ridiculous rate. Everyday that I vaccuum I first need to troubleshoot whats wrong why its not picking up dust and a few dog hairs. There is not enough suction power for the dirt to travel through the pipe into the bin. The bin is so small that it gets full really quickly if the dirt does make it to the bin and when you put on one of the attachments to clean corners your suction drops to almost nothing even if it says its full power. I ignored the bad reviews because ive always been happy with Shark products but this was such a waste of my money.

Stay away from this model
I purchased it thinking was good via all the reviews online.... I'm a dad with kids and do the vacuming.... this vacume is rubbish the tube is to small constantly gets blocked up with anything mostly wife's and kids hair and just creates a cat furball inside. You can only vacume in one direction forward.... if the tube thing was a bigger diameter might be different but than will be under powered... do not recommend at all.

Not worth money
I purchased this 8 weeks ago and the only handy thing about it is that it empties itself. It’s not worth the amount of money this thing cost!!?
It doesn’t suck as hard as it’s made out to. The hoses are tiny so when it does vacuum anything up it’s blocked in seconds… I go over my floors with my cheap vacuum and it picks up a lot more even after using the shark first.
