Rated 1 out of 5 by Aido7 from Too good to be true! Looked amazing in the videos however just too good to be true. It’s very slow, not much suction and leaves mud trails everywhere despite self cleaning 2-3 times each use. The dock it sits in also fills with dirty water and debris and when you turn the vacuum off it drips dirty water everywhere. I’ll spend the extra money on buying separate mops and vacuums.

First the solution you have to use is out of stock and no one can tell when they will get stock. So just use water as warranty is invalid if you use any other cleaning product. Fully charged battery needs recharging half way through a small living space. Need to follow with a scourer as does not clean vinyl planks very well. Vacuums ok just leaves a damp floor.

I have tiles throughout my home and I find I still need to do a proper hot mop every week to get hard marks off the floor and to make the floor feel fresh. It is good on laminate/wood flooring. I also find the solution is hard to find/often out of stock and you use a lot in a short amount of time. Overall I unfortunately would not re-purchase as it doesn’t clean my tiles as thoroughly as I had hoped for the price tag.

After the first use I noticed that it was leaving streaks of water and dispensing dirty water during the vacuuming. Another big issue for me, I have long hair and unfortunately tend to lose a lot and this vacuum is 100% not suitable for hair, it doesn’t have the suction power to collect hair… :(

Rated 2 out of 5 by Teanna from shark hydrovac pro xl cordless 3-in-1 cleaner Bought about a month ago, have tried everything, it's either I have a fault product or it's an extremely poor product. Massive leakage in the docking station, leaves puddles all over the floor, doesn't not suction up pet hair let alone anything larger. Self cleaning literally does nothing still having to remove the whole brush piece, I could literally clean the floor faster and with less effort with a flat mop.

Hi, as well as the self cleaning option, is it possible to dismantle the HydroVac pro to clean the roller/ brush and the dirty water tank?

Thanks for your question Debs. Yes, while the self-clean cycle automatically cleans the system and the brush-roll, and is recommended after every use, you can also do this manually, and details of which can be found in the instructions included in the box. Trust this helps! ^CO
