Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected! Bought this not long ago and although it sounds like it wants to suck the earths crust it certainly doesn't. The suction system only works if you make contact with the surface which can be a problem because it will most likely scratch or mark the surface you’re vacuuming especially as the plastic tip starts to ware out and leave burrs on the edge. I’ve added a photo of it on with a 5-10mm gap between the vacuum and a small red string and it couldn’t even suck that unless a literally made contact with the surface. In my opinion it definitely isn't worth the 5 stars its been getting.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Charge runs out fast, charges flow. This is a high-powered, quite comfy-to-grip little HHV but my issues with it are each full charge doesn't seem to last longer than 10-15 minutes of use and it doesn't charge very fast.

People should read the instructions for initial charging to get the best out of the battery. Great price and easy click and collect also from Harvey Norman.
