Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best vaccum ever. Hands down the best vaccum I have ever owned! I was previously a Dyson gal but after the battery constantly dying and it blocking all the time I changed to the shark. It is amazing. Much better suction than a Dyson and the auto emptying and filter clean is amazing. When it comes to washing the filters it is so easy and they dry very quickly. I would never go back to a Dyson again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Vacuum! The suction is quite strong and it actually feels like you’re lifting stuff out of the carpet rather than just from the top. I’ve got a 29 squares hime, But haven’t vacuumed the while thing at once… but I’d think the battery would last. I find it easier just to grab it and hit a few areas, usually about a third, so it’s a nice quick easy and more enticing way to clean. Hasn’t faulted. I was worried about blockages after reading some reviews but no problems whatsoever either what I vacuum up, which includes smallish leaves being tramped in from all of the leaves outside from our trees. Very happy with this! It’s agile, manoeuvrable, and on the auto setting does the thinking for me from carpet to tiles and hardwood.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shark IP3251ANZ Underrated product coming from a previous dyson. Functions like the multiflex technology and the ability to recognise and change mode from carpet to hard flooring is a game changer. No ussues with suction power and running time as I use it daily approx 12 mins with plenty of battery leftover. Negatives is it maybe on the slightly heavy side compared to other cordless vacs and it's little annoying when you manually remove the vac dust bin otherwise it does have a auto Self cleaning/empty dock that works great. Good locking unit when docked too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shark Vacuum Brought this vacuum as my very expensive Dyson died. Reading reviews for Shark and decided to give it a go…big mistake!! Heavy and runs out of charge within 5 minutes..absolutely wasted money….for the price I’d expect at least a second battery or god forbid one that last at least 60minutes Do yourself a favor and bypass this machine unless you can vacuum your whole house within a five minute period 😳

We brought this and the first one had a horrible sound to it like it was blocked but wasn’t replaced it with another one and the second when you turn on the boost would over heat and shut down in less than a minute. I didn’t want to try for the 3rd replacement. Have now moved onto a completely different brand of vacuum. Which the team at HN were very helpful and understanding.

I wasnt keen on how big the stand was to start off with but not having to empty the vacuum everytime has been so good! Best vacuum we have owned, I feel like it's sucking up years worth of dirt! House hold of three kids two dogs and a cat :)

Questions & Answers

Why does it say corded and cordless , in that box. Also 8.42kg seems strange for a stick vacuum. Are the specs the wrong?

Thanks for your question Louise! We use corded & cordless as the main vacuum unit is cordless, however, the dock itself is powered and remains active for self emptying facilities, so this is the corded aspect. The dock + vacuum weigh a total of 8.4kg combined, while the vac unit weighs 3.6kg. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO
