Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent system for the price Bought to replace a RBR850 in a 2500 sq ft ranch house. Setup was fairly easy since I was replacing an Orbi system. Satellites went thru a firmware update. I use one satellite with the 850. Replaced the 850 satellite with the 370 at the same spot and placed the 2nd satellite between the router and the other satellite. Backhaul status was good on both satellites. In my opinion, the wifi speed degrades significantly. At the router I was about 1.1 gb and the furthest dropped to about 250mb. About 50 mb faster than my 850 so to me not worth the investment. The WiFi Analytics in the app does not work either.

However, security, camera, ring doorbell, tv, thermostats, automatic light switches, printers, speakers systems all had to be redone, reinstalled.or even replaced. Took hours figure out each devices protocol. Each one has different software and setup. NEVER AGAIN. Your IT department knows what they are doing, but many of your customers are not that tech savvy. Also, my old Orbi system was working well and I was forced into purchasing more of your upgraded product because u arbitrarily decided to discontinue the line and support. The question is how soon until u do that again. Two years??? Very unhappy and disappointed customer.

I live in a 2,000 sq/ft two-story house, and I used to struggle with weak signals and dead zones—especially upstairs. But ever since I set this up, the coverage has been rock solid. I’m getting full bars everywhere, even in the corners and far rooms. Setup was super simple. The Orbi app walked me through everything, and I had it up and running in under 10 minutes. Quick tip: I changed the network name and password to match my old WiFi, so all my devices reconnected automatically—huge time-saver! Now I can stream, game, and work from home all at once with zero lag. The speeds are crazy fast and consistent. I also really like the app’s extra features, like parental controls and guest WiFi—super handy for a family setup. If you’re looking for fast, reliable WiFi that covers your whole house without the headaches, I’d definitely recommend the Orbi RBE373. It just works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product at a Great Price What a great Mesh system at a GREAT price. Out of the box, setup was super simple and fast. Download the Orbi app and let the app walk you thru from there. I think from start to finish, I was up and running in under 10 minutes! I have a 3pk of these units placed around my home. (2 in the basement and 1 on the main level.). They have a dedicated wireless backhaul for uninterrupted meshing for the entire home. I also have the IoT feature turned on, main network, and the guest network setup. It keeps all my connected devices connected at all times!. I have several WiFi 7 devices to take advantage of the new tech Orbi is offering. I notice it the most when I a need to access my NAS and everyday use of my devices with WiFi 7.The rest of my network items all seem to work even better since this upgrade. IF you are looking to get better coverage around your house, this is the upgrade for you!
