1 Maximum wireless transmission rates are the physical rates derived from IEEE Standard 802.11 specifications. Range and coverage specifications, along with the number of connected devices, were defined according to test results under normal usage conditions. Actual wireless transmission rate, wireless coverage, and number of connected devices are not guaranteed and will vary as a result of 1) environmental factors, including building materials, physical objects, and obstacles; 2) network conditions, including local interference, volume and density of traffic, product location, network complexity, and network overhead; and 3) client limitations, including rated performance, location, connection quality, and client condition. All products are tested in real outdoor environments. Actual range and throughput depend on the transmission power and environmental factors such as wireless interference, obstacles, weather, etc.
2 Omada SDN centralized and remote management requires the use of Omada SDN controller.
3 Non-Omada devices connected to the wired LAN ports will not be recognized by the Omada controllers, preventing users from viewing their connection status. To address this issue, connect those non-Omada devices to an Omada switch that links to the bridge's wired LAN ports.

5 Auto pairing works for the original kit. Three or more bridges require manual setup.

What are the chances of getting coverage with a hill in the middle of us and our cottage?
Hi Bev, it can reach up to 5 km only with clear line‑of‑sight, but real‑world range drops sharply with obstacles, and documentation confirms performance is heavily reduced by physical objects like terrain. With a hill directly between you and the cottage, the signal would be blocked, so the connection is very unlikely to work unless the units can be mounted high enough to fully clear the hill.

Just checking - the ‘what’s in the box’ states there is only one mounting kit? There are two units requiring mounting etc?
