Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellant WiFi Netgear Extender Hi all. I bought my Netgear WiFi Extender in Wagga Wagga NSW. I wasn't sure a real lot about WiFi Extenders, but I shopped around a bit and decided on the Netgear Extender AC750. When I first set it up it worked, but my router kept flashing, which meant a problem. But anyhow I turned it all off and started again, ,,,and bingo ,,, it worked immediately. My house has brick walls, and this was a problem with WiFi distance. But now it's the best thing since sliced bread. I'm so happy with this extender, couldn't be any better. Works well with my laptop, smart phone and tablet. Take care all, and cheers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed This Netgear extender has changed my life. All my wifi woes have been fixed. Working from home due to COVID-19 has resulted in me setting up a home office but my wifi was struggling to provide the range I needed it to. Purchased this NetGear extender and it was so easy to set up. Ever since installing it I’ve had no more long buffering times for videos, or dropping in and out of conference calls. The extender itself is small and inconspicuous, and the LED light system allows me to see if everything is operating as it should from my desk. It is also very easy to move to any place in the house where I’m experiencing wifi issues whenever I need to. All in all, great product and would recommend to anyone

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work I bought it and tried to set it up the same day. I followed the instructions exactly. The support page stated when I connected to the extender network it would show no internet connection, but that it wasn't a problem and to move on to the next step, which was to go to mywifiext.net. I did so and it sent me to an error page stating that my device isn't connected to the extender, despite the extender having a green light showing that my device is connected. At the bottom of the error page, it says that to log in to the extender I should go to mywifiext.net. The same web address that go me to that error page in the first place. It just doesn't work. Don't waste your time and money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relatively inexpensive and simple to set up We needed an extender to reach the farthest two bedrooms from the router. Upon researching extenders I came upon the Netgear AC750. I have used Netgear products in the past and have always been pleased with the products. This particular item was, compared to a lot of other extenders, relatively inexpensive and was simple to install (just plug into the wall) and set up (three minutes max). Now we have the whole house covered and two happy teenagers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does exactly what the box says Well packaged, clear instructions including what not to do. I joined it into an already extended network, and had devices connected within 5 minutes. My only criticsm would be the form factor, if plugging into a double wall socket directly, you will not be able to have another device occupy the adjacent plug socket as the extender is just a bit too proud, but a small price to pay, I'm putting another in this weekend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worthless I purchased this wifi extender on 07/24/24 and it has NEVER worked. I followed the set up instructions to no avail. It just does not work. The reception on my TV is worthless. The extender was placed apx. 6 inches from my router. My TV is 8 ft away from the router and wifi extender, so there is not a problem with the distance being too far away. It just does not work. What a waste of money, time, and effort. I am no better off with this item than I was before buying it. Even though it is still under their one-year warranty, I may as well throw it into the trash for all the good it does.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Managed to extend my wifi just as advertised. Not as far as I like, but it makes sense with all the walls in the way. But I have wifi across my whole house now, which is what I wanted, and the price was good. Setup was annoying and not at all straightforward. I'm a tech savvy guy but I still had to call support. Hint: During setup, turn off ALL autoconnecting wifi options. There's a step where you're connected directly to the range extender for setup, and your phone/computer may automatically connect back to your other wifi during some of the steps, making it to where you can't access the range extender's IP to complete setup. That was my biggest issue.
