We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Thanks for your question. Starlink kits purchased through retail channels do not come pre-activated. After purchasing a Starlink kit, you'll need to activate it through the Starlink app which will guide you through the process including service availability & plans. Trust this helps! ^CO

Also, I'm planning to use it in a temporary mobile setup with local Wi-Fi access for multiple users. Would the standard kit support that, or do I need a separate router or mesh system?

Thanks for your question. While it's not designed for high-density usage, it can be shared among multiple users if their combined internet demand isn't excessive. Mobile & Priority use may be subject to different terms and conditions from Starlink, and we recommend checking with them directly for suitable models. ^CO

If I purchase a Starlink Satellite Kit from Harvey Norman and subscribe to the Roam – Unlimited plan via the Starlink website, will I be able to use the service in Fiji without any regional restrictions?

Great question Wajira. Yes, Starlink is accessible in Fiji, including Starlink kits purchased in New Zealand. Please note, using Starlink Roam for over 2 months in a different country, may result in service restrictions and you’ll need to cancel your current service plan and set up a new account in the new country. If I purchase a Satellite kit at Harvey Norman, is there any time limit before which it must be activated? Purchasing directly from Starlink automatically activates after 30 days.

Thanks for your question Matt. No, a Starlink kit purchased from a retailer will not automatically activate after 30 days, however, once you begin the setup process and power-up the unit, the Starlink activation window applies. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO

While we do sell the Satellite Kits and you can purchase these without a plan, we do not offer the plans through Harvey Norman. All service plans go through Starlink directly. Trust this helps! ^CO
